영문 초록

High precision manufacturing of spherical lenses is required for the development of optical system and display industries. Over the past few decades, many studies have been focused on the manufacturing of the spherical lenses. Spherical center setting of the lens polishing machine is a big problem to obtain high precision lenses. This study has been focused on the development of the spherical center setting gage for a lens polishing machine. And also, measurement of spherical center and eccentricity is performed using the developed gauge. The result of the measurement of the lens polishing machine is provided for the manufacturing of the spherical lens which have good shape and surface finish.
