국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 영유아기 어머니의 회복탄력성, 양육태도, 자기조절력 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 회복탄력성과 양육태도 관계에서 자기조절력의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 실시하였다. 방법 이를 위해 S시, C도, D광역시에 거주하는 만 0~5세 영유아기 어머니 345명을 대상으로 회복탄력성, 양육태도, 자기조절력 척도로 구성된 자기보고식 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램과 SPSS Process Macro Model 4.2를 사용하여 각 척도의 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계, 빈도분석, 상관분석, 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 연구결과 첫째, 영유아기 어머니의 회복탄력성과 양육태도 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 영유아기 어머니의 회복탄력성과 양육태도의 관계에서 자기조절력의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 양육태도는 자기조절력을 유의하게 예측하였다. 결론 영유아기 어머니의 회복탄력성이 자기조절력을 매개하여 긍정적 양육태도에 이르는 매개효과가 존재함을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 영유아기 어머니의 자기조절력을 향상시키는 개입 방안에 대한 근거를 마련하고, 긍정적인 양육태도를 증진시키는데 활용할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study examined the relationships among resilience, parenting attitudes, and self-regulation in mothers with young children and analyzed the mediating effect of self-regulation on the relationship between resilience and parenting attitudes. Methods To this end, a self-report survey was conducted with 345 mothers of children aged 0 to 5 years residing in S City, C Province, and D Metropolitan City. The survey included measures of resilience, parenting attitudes, and self-regulation. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and SPSS Process Macro Model 4.2 to conduct reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and mediation effect analysis. Results The results of the study are as follows. First, a significant positive correlation was found between maternal resilience and parenting attitudes. Second, the mediation analysis revealed that self-regulation significantly mediated the relationship between resilience and parenting attitudes. Conclusions Maternal resilience predicted self-regulation, which in turn led to positive parenting attitudes, confirming the mediating role of self-regulation in this process. This study is meaningful to provide the basis for an intervention method that improves self-regulation of mothers with young children and to provide basic data that can be used to improve positive parenting attitudes.
