청소년의 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동 관계에서 사회적지지의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 자신이 희망하는 진로방향에 적합한 계열 및 교과를 선택하고, 고등학교 3학년 시기의 대학 진학과 취업 선택을 미리 준비해야 하는 진로의사결정 과정에서 중요한 과업을 가지고 있는 고등학교 1학년 학생이 인식한 진로결정자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서, 사회적지지의 하위요인인 부모지지, 교사지지, 친구지지의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위해 본 연구는 경기도 소재 C 고등학교 1학년을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다, 293명의 응답자료를 바탕으로 변인들 간의 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 spss(22.0)을 활용하여 변인간 상관관계를 분석하였고, 사회적지지의 매개효과를 확인하기 위하여 Process Macro(4.2) 4번 모델을 활용하여 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과 진로자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 진로자기효능감과 진로준비행동 관계에서 사회적지지의 하위요인인 부모지지, 교사지지, 친구지지의 매개효과 검증한 결과, 친구의 지지가 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구의 결과는 특히 진로준비행동을 관리하는데 있어서 친구의 사회적 지지를 많이 경험할 수 있도록 하는 학교 및 교육활동 측면에서의 노력이 중요함을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between career self-efficacy and career preparation behaviour as perceived by first-year high school students, who have an important task in the career decision-making process of choosing majors and courses suitable for their desired career direction and preparing for college and career choices in their third year of high school, and to test the mediating effects of the sub-factors of social support: parental support, teacher support, and peer support. Methods For this purpose, this study conducted a questionnaire survey among the first year students of C high school in Gyeonggi-do, Korea, and based on the data of 293 respondents, SPSS (22.0) was used to analyse the correlation between variables, and Process Macro (4.2) model 4 was used to analyse the mediating effect of social support. Results The results showed that career self-efficacy has a statistically significant effect on career preparation behaviour. In addition, the mediating effects of parental support, teacher support, and friend support, which are sub-factors of social support, on the relationship between career self-efficacy and career preparation behaviour were tested, and the results showed that friend support was statistically significant. Conclusions The results of this study suggest the importance of school and educational activities to provide students with more experiences of peer social support, especially in managing career preparation behaviours.
