한부모 가족 아동의 놀이치료에 대한 연구동향: 2002년~2023년 국내 연구를 중심으로

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 2002년부터 2023년까지 국내에서 발표된 학술지 30편과 석·박사 학위논문 15편, 총 45편의 논문들을 분석하여 한부모가족 아동의 놀이치료에 대한 연구동향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위해 연구 동향 분석 방법은 선행연구의 분석 틀에 근거하여 출판연도, 연구 대상, 연구방법, 연구개입 및 회기, 중재 기법 등의 빈도분석으로 나누어 연구문제를 바탕으로 분석하였다. 결과 빈도분석 결과 출판연도별 연구동향은 2008년, 2010년, 2015년도에 연구가 가장 많이 발표되었고, 2020을 제외한 매년 1~3회기씩 꾸준히 발표되었다. 연구 대상은 한부모 가족의 아동을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았다. 연구방법으로는 혼합연구가 가장 많이 진행되었으며, 개입 회기는 9∼16 회기가 가장 많이 진행되었다. 또한, 개별 놀이치료로 진행된 경우가 가장 많았으며, 가장 많은 빈도를 차지한 중재 기법으로는 놀이치료, 모래놀이치료, 치료놀이 순으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구 결과를 통해 한부모 가족 아동의 놀이치료 연구동향을 체계적으로 파악하여 추후 이와 관련된 연구 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to examine research trends in play therapy for children from single-parent families by analyzing a total of 46 studies, including 29 academic journal articles and 17 master's and doctoral theses published in South Korea from 2002 to 2023. Methods Based on the analytical framework of previous studies, the research trends were analyzed through frequency analysis of publication year, research subjects, research methods, intervention sessions, and intervention techniques, according to the research questions. Results The results showed that the highest number of studies were published in 2008, 2010, and 2015, with 1 to 3 studies published consistently each year except for 2020. Regarding research subjects, studies focusing on children from single-parent families were the most prevalent. Mixed-method research was the most frequently used methodology, with 9-16 intervention sessions being the most common. Furthermore, individual play therapy was the most frequently conducted type of intervention. Among intervention techniques, play therapy, sandlay therapy, and therapeutic play were the most commonly used, in that order. Conclusions These findings provide a systematic understanding of research trends in play therapy for children from single-parent families and aim to suggest directions for future research in this area.
