간호대학생의 시뮬레이션 수업의 심리적 안전과 학습자기효능감의 관계에서 자기주도적 학습능력의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생의 시뮬레이션 수업의 심리적 안전과 자기주도적 학습능력 및 학습자기효능감의 상관성을 확인하고 심리적 안전과 학습자기효능감의 관계에서 자기주도적 학습능력의 매개효과를 파악하고자 시행되었다. 방법 2023년 11월 14일에서 12월 8일까지 K도의 1개 간호대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 4학년을 대상으로 12주간 시뮬레이션실습수업 교과목을 운영 후 자가보고형 설문조사를 시행하였다. 총 169부의 결과를 받아 SPSS/WIN 23.0통계프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’correlations coefficient, multiple regression, Baron과 Kenny 매개효과 검증절차와 Sobel test를 적용하여 분석하였다. 결과 간호대학생의 시뮬레이션 수업 심리적 안전은 평균 46.10±10.96점이었으며, 자기주도적 학습능력은 155.43±23.04점, 학습자기효능감은 57.46±9.72점이었다. 심리적 안전은 자기주도적 학습능력(r=.402, p<.001) 및 학습자기효능감(r=.403, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었고 자기주도적 학습능력은 학습자기효능감(r=.533, p<001)과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 시뮬레이션 수업에서 심리적 안전과 학습자기효능감과의 관계에서 자기주도적 학습능력은 유의미한 부분매개효과가 있었다(Z=4.33, p<.001). 결론 간호대학생의 학습자기효능감을 향상시키기 위해 시뮬레이션 수업에서의 심리적 안전을 강화하고 자기주도적 학습능력을 개선시키기 위한 교과목 운영 계획과 중재프로그램 마련이 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to determine the mediating effect of self-directed learning ability in the association between psychological safety and learning self efficacy in simulation learning for nursing students. Methods From November 14 to December 8, 2023, a self-reported questionnaire survey was conducted fourth-year nursing students enrolled at a nursing college in K-do, following the implementation of a 12-week simulation-based practicum course. A total of 169 responses were collected and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 statistical program, descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis, Baron and Kenny’s method and Sobel test for mediation. Results Mean scores of psychological safety, self-directed learning ability, learning self-efficacy were 46.10±10.96, 155.43±23.04, and 57.46±9.72. Psychological safety showed a significant positive correlation with self-directed learning ability(r=.402, p<.001) and learning self-efficacy(r=.403, p<.001). Lastly, self-directed learning ability was positively correlated with learning self-efficacy (r=.533, p<.001). The analysis of the mediating effect of self-directed learning ability in the association between psychological safety and learning self-efficacy in simulation learning showed that self-directed learning ability had a significant mediator effect(Z=4.33, p<.001). Conclusions To enhance learning self-efficacy in simulation classes for nursing students, it is necessary to develop management plans and educational programs that strengthen psychological safety in simulation-based education and improve self-directed learning ability.
