국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 영유아교사 207명을 대상으로 원장의 안전리더십이 영유아교사의 안전실천행동에 미치는 영향에서 원장-교사관계와 영유아교사의 안전의식의 매개효과 및 이중매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 분석을 위하여 SPSS27.0과 PROCESS MACRO 4.3을 활용하여 상관분석을 실시하였고 매개효과와 이중매개효과를 살펴보기 위해 PROCESS모델 6를 적용하여 분석하였고 부트스트래핑을 통해 간접효과 유의성을 검증하였다. 결과 첫째, 각 변인들간의 정적상관이 있음이 증명되었으며, 둘째, 원장의 안전리더십과 안전실천행동의 관계에서 원장-교사관계와 안전의식은 매개효과, 이중매개효과가 유의미하였다. 결론 이러한 결과는 원장의 안전리더십이 영유아교사의 안전실천행동에 직접적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여준다. 또한, 원장과 교사 각각의 역량을 신장시킬 수 있도록 지원해야 하는 것과 원장과 교사가 독립적으로 각각 영향력을 가지고 서로 간의 상호작용과 관계적 측면도 중요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to examine the double mediating effects of the director-teacher relationship and safety awareness of early childhood teachers in the relationship between the director's safety leadership and teachers' safety practice behaviors. Methods The subjects of the study were 207 early childhood teachers. For the analysis, correlation analysis was conducted using SPSS 27.0 and PROCESS MACRO 4.3. To examine the mediating and double mediating effects, PROCESS Model 6 was applied, and the significance of indirect effects was tested using bootstrapping. Results The results of the study are as follows: First, a positive correlation between the variables was confirmed. Second, in the relationship between the director's safety leadership and safety practice behaviors, both the director-teacher relationship and safety awareness had significant mediating and double mediating effects. These results show that the director's safety leadership has a direct impact on the safety practice behavior of preschool teachers. Conclusions Furthermore, it suggests that support should be provided to enhance the competencies of both the director and the teachers, and emphasizes the importance of the director-teacher relationship, where both the director and the teachers independently possess influence. It also highlights the significance of their interactive and relational aspects, showcasing the double mediation effect of safety awareness and safety practice behavior.
