국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 진로내비게이션 프로그램을 적용하여 간호대학생의 진로효능감, 진로결정, 진로준비행동 및 진로장벽에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 분석하기 위해 시도되었다. 방법 본 연구는 비동등 대조군 사전-사후설계로 CONSORT지침을 따라 시행되었다. 두 개의 간호대학에서 모집된 간호학과 학생 54명을 대상으로 하고, 자료수집 기간은 2022년 6월 15일부터 7월 20일까지였으며 세 시점에서 수집되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0을 활용하여 Chi-square test, Fisher’s exact test 및 반복측정 분산분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 본 연구에서 개발된 진로내비게이션 프로그램은 집단 간, 측정시점 간 및 집단과 측정시점 간의 상호작용에서 진로효능감, 진로결정, 진로준비행동에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 따라서 진로내비게이션 프로그램은 간호대학생의 진로효능감, 진로결정, 진로준비행동을 향상시키는 동시에 진로장벽을 낮추는 것을 알 수 있었다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 간호학과 졸업자들의 진로효능감을 향상시키기 위해 진로내비게이션 프로그램과 같은 맞춤형 진로교육의 기회를 제공하고, 간호직에 대한 긍정적인 견해를 형성할 수 있는 교육이 개발되어야 함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 본 연구는 간호대학생의 진로효능감을 제고함으로써 간호전문성 및 직무만족도 향상을 통한 간호서비스의 질을 향상시키기 위한 온오프라인의 간호진로교육의 개발의 기반을 제공하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to identify and analysis the effects of a career navigation program and examine its impact on nursing students’ career efficacy, decision-making, preparatory behaviors, and perceived barriers. Methods Nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was adopted, and the CONSORT guidelines were followed. Fifty-four nursing students, recruited from two universities, participated in the study. Two nursing career guidebooks and a career navigation program workbook were developed. The intervention was conducted from June 15 to July 20, 2022. The survey data were collected at three time points and analyzed using SPSS 26.0, employing the Chi-square test, Fisher’s exact test, and repeated measures analysis of variance. Results Significant differences were found for career efficacy, career decision, and career preparatory behaviors between the groups, across measurement time points, and in the interaction between groups and measurement time points. The career navigation program enhanced nursing students’ career efficacy, decision-making, and preparatory behaviors, while reducing career barriers. Conclusions This program can enhance nursing graduates’ competencies by promoting improved career efficacy and providing customized career education and roadmap planning. Additionally, this program may contribute to forming a positive view of the nursing profession. By enhancing nursing students’ career efficacy, this study can improve nursing service quality by improving nursing professionalism and job satisfaction and can provide a basis for the development of online and offline nursing career education methods.
