키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 국내 대학생의 대인관계 유능성 관련 연구 동향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 국내 대학생의 대인관계 유능성 관련 연구의 최근 동향과 후속 연구를 위한 시사점을 알아보는 데 있다. 방법 RISS에서 1999년부터 2024년까지 ‘대학생’, ‘대인관계 유능성’ 또는 ‘대인관계 능력’ 또는 ‘대인관계 역량’이라는 검색어로 검색한 후, 한국연구재단 등재지에 게재된 논문 중 원문 및 초록, 키워드를 제공하는 연구 208편을 선정하여 연도, 학술지, 연구방법, 연구도구별로 빈도분석을 하였다. 키워드 네트워크 분석을 위해서 원저자가 제시한 주제어 수집하여, 데이터 정제작업을 통해 286개 키워드를 선정한 후, Textom program을 활용하여 TF, TF-IDF, N-gram 분석을 거쳐, 주요 키워드 51개를 산출하여 키워드 네트워크를 구축하고, 중심성 분석 및 CONCOR 분석을 하였다. 결과 한나리, 이동귀(2010)의 대학생 대인관계 유능성 척도가 개발된 2010년 이후로 연구는 꾸준히 증가하였다가 2021년 30편을 기점으로 감소하였고, 학술지는 총 76종이었으며, 그중 ‘학습자중심교과교육연구’가 관련 논문을 가장 많이 게재하였다. 연구방법으로는 양적연구가 204편(98.1%)이었고, 질적연구는 전혀 없었다. 가장 많이 사용된 관련 척도는 한나리, 이동귀(2010)의 대학생 대인관계 유능성 척도 K-ICQ였다. 주요 키워드 선정을 위해 TF, TF-IDF 가중치 분석을 거쳐 출현 빈도3 이상의 키워드 51개를 선정하였다. 중심성 분석 결과, 다른 키워드와의 링크 개수 및 영향력이 큰 키워드가 도출되었고, 빈도분석의 결과와 비교하였다. 끝으로 CONCOR 분석 결과, 4개 군집이 형성되었고, 각 군집은 ‘대인관계 유능성의 구성요소’, ‘대인관계 유능성의 영향’, ‘대인관계 취약성 관련 요인’, ‘자기관리역량으로서의 대인관계 유능성’을 설명하는 것으로 드러났다. 결론 이주연, 김동민(2023)의 대인관계 유능성 연구 동향에 이어, 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통해 기존 연구에서 자주 연구된 키워드의 네트워크 특징을 서술하고, 향후 연구를 위한 시사점과 본 연구의 제한점을 논하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study were to find out the recent trends in research related to interpersonal competence of domestic university students and implications for follow-up studies. Methods The author searched for the subjects of “interpersonal competence” from 1999 to 2024 in RISS, selected 208 articles published in journals registered in National Research Foundation of Korea. Frequency analysis was conducted by year, journal, research method, and research tool. For keyword network analysis, 932 keywords suggested by the original author were collected. 286 keywords were selected through data cleansing. Through TF, TF-IDF, and N-gram analysis using the Textom program, 51 main keywords were identified to build a keyword network, and centrality analysis and CONCOR analysis were performed and visualized. Results Since Han Na-ri and Lee Dong-gwi(2010)'s interpersonal competence scale for domestic university students has been developed, research has steadily increased and reached 30 articles in 2021 before decreasing. Among a total of 76 academic journals, ‘Journal of Learner-Centered Curriculum and Instruction’ published the most related articles. As a research method, 204 quantitative studies (98.1%) were conducted, and there were no qualitative studies at all. The most commonly used scale was Han Na-ri and Lee Dong-gwi(2010)’s K-ICQ. For the selection of major keywords, 51 keywords with an appearance frequency of 3 or higher were selected through TF and TF-IDF analysis. As a result of centrality analysis, it was revealed which keywords had a large influence with the large number of links and were compared with the results of frequency analysis. Finally, as a result of CONCOR analysis, 4 clusters were formed, and each cluster was found to explain ‘components of interpersonal competence’, ‘effects of interpersonal competence’, ‘factors related to interpersonal vulnerability’, and ‘interpersonal competence as a self-management competency’. Conclusions This study compared research trends of Lee Ju-yeon and Kim Dong-min (2023), and further described the network characteristics of keywords frequently studied in existing studies through keyword network analysis, and discussed implications for follow-up studies and limitations of this study.
