중국 남창시 피아노전공 대학생의 사회적 지지와 전공선택 동기가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 피아노전공 대학생의 전공만족도를 높이기 위해 사회적 지지와 전공선택 동기가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 탐색하는 것이다. 방법 연구대상은 중국 남창시 J 기술대학교, J 사범대학교 및 NC 대학교의 피아노전공 대학생인 1,341명을 대상으로 하였고, SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 위계적 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 사회적 지지와 전공선택 동기가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 알기 위하여, 사회적 지지와 전공선택 동기(독립변수)에 따른 전공만족도(종속변수)의 위계적 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 그다음으로 이들 두 독립변수 중에서 더욱 전공만족도에 영향을 주는 독립변수를 선정한다. 그 선정된 독립변수의 각 하위변수가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 알기 위해, 그 선정된 독립변수의 각 하위변수에 따른 전공만족도의 위계적 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 결과 사회적 지지, 전공선택 동기 및 전공만족도 사이에는 서로 간에 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 사회적 지지와 전공선택 동기가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 사회적 지지와 전공선택 동기는 제각기 전공만족도의 전체 변량의 24.6%와 30.6%를 설명하였다. 그래서 전공선택 동기가 전공만족도에 더욱 큰 영향을 줌을 확인했다. 전공선택 동기의 하위변수인 각 개인적 동기와 사회적 동기가 전공만족도에 주는 영향을 분석한 결과, 개인적 동기가 35.2%, 사회적 동기가 9.4%임을 나타냈다. 결론 본 연구에서는 전공선택 동기가 전공만족도에 더욱 높은 영향을 주는 원인변수라는 것을 확인하였고, 전공선택 동기의 하위변수 중에 개인적 동기가 사회적 동기보다 전공만족도에 더욱 큰 영향을 주는 변수라는 것도 확인했다. 그러므로 피아노전공 대학생의 효율적인 전공만족도 증진을 위해서는 전공선택 동기의 하위요소인 개인적 동기를 함양해야 한다. 한편 각 전공, 지역 및 민족에 따라 전공만족도의 비교연구를 한다면 대학생의 전공만족도 증진방법을 찾는데 커다란 도움이 될 것이다. 또한, 후속 연구에서 자아상태와 자기존중감이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향의 연구는 남창시 피아노전공 대학생들에 대한 전공만족도의 증진하는 방법을 탐색하는데 부가적인 도움을 줄 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of social support and major selection motivation on major satisfaction in order to increase the major satisfaction of university students majoring in piano. Methods The subjects of the study are 1,341 university students majoring in piano at J Technical University, J Normal University, and NC University in Namchang of China, and descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis are performed using the SPSS 25.0 program. In order to find out the effect of social support and major selection motivation on major satisfaction, a hierarchical multiple regression analysis of major satisfaction(dependent variable) according to social support and major selection motivation(independent variable) is conducted. Next, among these two independent variables, an independent variable that more affects major satisfaction is selected. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis of major satisfaction according to each sub-variable of the selected independent variable is performed to find out the effect of each sub-variable of the selected independent variable on major satisfaction. Results There is a positive(+) correlation between the social support, major selection motivation, and major satisfaction. As a result of analyzing the effect of social support and major selection motivation on major satisfaction, social support and major selection motivation account for 24.6% and 30.6% of the total variance of major satisfaction, respectively. As a result of analyzing the effects of major selection motivation sub-variables such as personal and social motivations on major satisfaction, it is found that 9.4% of social motivation and 35.2% of personal motivation. Therefore, it is confirmed that major selection motivation have a greater influence on major satisfaction than social support. As a result of analyzing the effect of each personal motivation and social motivation, which are sub-variables of major selection motivation, on major satisfaction, it is found that personal motivation is greater than social motivation. Conclusions In this study, it was confirmed that major selection motivation is a causal variable that has a higher impact on major satisfaction, and among the sub-variables of major selection motivation, personal motivation is variable that greatly affect major satisfaction. Therefore, in order to cultivate efficiently major satisfaction of university students majoring in piano, personal motivation, a sub-variable of the major selection motivation, must be cultivated. On the other hand, a comparative study of major satisfaction according to each major, region, and ethnicity will be of great help in finding ways to improve university students' major satisfaction. In addition, in subsequent studies, a study on the effect of self-state and self-esteem on major satisfaction will provide additional help in exploring ways to improve major satisfaction for university students majoring in piano in Namchang city.
