유아교사의 교육과정 운영 자율성, 전문성과 책무성이 2019 개정 누리과정 놀이 실행에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 교육과정 운영 자율성, 전문성과 책무성이 2019 개정 누리과정 놀이 실행에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 방법 연구 대상은 경남지역의 유아교사를 대상으로 2024년 7월 1일부터 8월 5일까지 설문지 조사를 하여 287부를 최종 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 일원분산분석, 사후분석인 Scheffé-test 및 위계적 중다회귀분석을 하였다. 결과 첫째, 유아교사의 교육과정 운영 자율성, 전문성, 책무성과 2019 개정 누리과정 놀이 실행 전체는 교사의 연령, 기관 유형, 담당학급 연령, 담당학급 원아수에 따라 유의미한 차이가 나타났고, 일부 하위요인에서 전문성은 교사의 경력과 학력에 따라, 2019 개정 누리과정 놀이 실행은 경력에 따라 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 교육과정 운영 자율성, 전문성, 책무성, 2019 개정 누리과정 놀이 실행 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사의 교육과정 운영 자율성, 전문성과 책무성은 2019 개정 누리과정 놀이 실행에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 유아교사의 2019 개정 누리과정 놀이 실행을 증진하기 위해서는 교사의 교육과정 운영 자율성, 전문성과 책무성의 수준을 높이는 것이 중요하며, 이를 위해 교사 및 기관 차원에서의 노력 및 지원 등이 요청된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of early childhood teachers’ autonomy of curriculum operation, professionalism, and accountability on play implementation of the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum. Methods For data collection, 287 early childhood teachers in Gyeongnam were surveyed by questionnaires about autonomy of curriculum operation, professionalism, accountability, play implementation of the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum from 1 July 2024 to 5 August. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, hierarchical multiple regression analysis were used by SPSS 27.0. Results First, early childhood teachers' autonomy of curriculum operation, professionalism, accountability, and play implementation of the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum showed significant difference by the teachers’ age, institutional type, age of the class in charge, number of young children in the class. Second, there were significant positive correlation between teachers’ autonomy of curriculum operation, professionalism, accountability, and play implementation of the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum. Third, early childhood teachers’ autonomy of curriculum operation, professionalism, and accountability had significant effect on the play implementation 2019 revised Nuri curriculum. Conclusions In order to promote early childhood teachers' play implementation 2019 revised Nuri curriculum, it is important to increase the level of autonomy of curriculum operation, professionalism, and accountability, and teacher education should be supported for this.
