간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향과 근거기반실무역량과의 관계에서 간호정보활용역량의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 비판적 사고성향과 근거기반실무역량과의 관계에서 간호정보활용역량의 매개효과를 확인하고자 수행하였다. 방법 G광역시와 J도 소재 4년제 대학의 간호학과에 재학 중인 간호학과 3학년~4학년 학생 209명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 편의표집을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. SPSS PROCESS Macro model 4를 적용하여 매개효과를 검토하였으며, 매개효과의 통계적 유의성은 95% 신뢰구간을 적용한 부트스트래핑을 실시하여 검증하였다. 결과 연구결과 비판적 사고성향은 간호정보활용역량(r=0.877, p<.001) 및 근거기반 실무역량(r=0.751, p<.001) 과 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었고, 간호정보활용역량과 근거기반 실무역량(r=0.722, p<.001)도 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 매개효과 검증결과 간호정보활용역량은 비판적사고성향과 근거기반실무역량과의 관계에서 부분 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다(B=0.775, p=<.001, 95%CI=0.159-0.520). 결론 본 연구결과를 고려할 때 간호대학생의 근거기반실무역량을 향상시키기 위한 교육 및 프로그램 개발 시 간호정보활용역량의 증진을 위한 노력이 함께 고려되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to examine the mediating effect of nursing information literacy competency in the relationship between critical thinking disposition and evidence-based practice competence among nursing students. Methods A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from 209 nursing students enrolled in a four-year nursing program at universities located in G- Metropolitan City and J-do, using a convenience sampling method. The mediating effect was analyzed using SPSS PROCESS Macro model 4, and its statistical significance was verified through bootstrapping with a 95% confidence interval. Results Critical thinking disposition showed a statistically significant positive correlation with both nursing information utilization competency (r=0.877, p<.001) and EBP competency (r=0.751, p<.001). Additionally, nursing information utilization competency was significantly positively correlated with EBP competency (r=0.722, p<.001). Mediation analysis confirmed that nursing information literacy competency partially mediated the relationship between critical thinking disposition and EBP competency (B=0.775, p<.001, 95% CI=0.159-0.520). Conclusions Based on these findings, efforts to enhance nursing information literacy competency should be considered when developing educational programs to improve the EBP competency of nursing students.
