유아 교사의 놀이 지원 역량이 디지털 역량에 미치는 영향: 창의적 교수 효능감의 매개효과 중심으로

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 유아 교사의 놀이 지원 역량과 디지털 역량에 미치는 영향에서 유아 교사의 창의적 교수 효능감의 매개 효과를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 연구 대상은 제주 특별자치도 소재 어린이집과 유치원에 재직 중인 3세~5세 유아 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 총 설문 206명의 설문이 분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 spss 25.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였고, 간접효과에 대한 유의도 검증을 위해 SOBEL TEST를 적용하여 분석을 진행하였다. 첫째, 연구 대상의 일반적 특성을 확인하기 위해 빈도 분석을 실시하였고, 척도의 신뢰도를 확인하기 위하여 문항 내적 합치도 계수를 산출하였다. 둘째, 각 변인 간의 상관관계를 확인하기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였고, 셋째, 연구모형에 대한 Baron & Kenny(1986) 3단 매개 분석을 진행하였고, 간접효과에 대해 Sobel test를 검증하였다. 결과 연구 결과는 첫째, 유아교사의 놀이 지원 역량, 디지털 역량, 창의적 교수 효능감과 정적 상관관계를 지닌 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 놀이 지원 역량 디지털 역량 간의 창의적 교수 효능감 매개 효과는 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 결론 본연구를 통해 유아교사의 전문성 향상을 위해서는 단일 역량만을 강화하기보다는, 놀이지원역량, 디지털 역량, 창의적 교수효능감이 유기적으로 연계될 수 있는 교육적 접근이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effect of early childhood teachers' creative teaching efficacy on the play support competency and digital competency of early childhood teachers. Methods The study participants were early childhood teachers working at daycare centers and kindergartens in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. A survey was conducted, and a total of 206 responses were used for analysis. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 statistical program, applying frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. To verify the significance of indirect effects, the Sobel test was applied. First, frequency analysis was conducted to examine the general characteristics of the study participants, and internal consistency coefficients were calculated to assess the reliability of the scale. Second, correlation analysis was performed to examine the relationships between the variables. Third, Baron and Kenny’s (1986) three-step mediation analysis was conducted for the research model, and the Sobel test was used to verify indirect effects Results The results of the study were first found to have a positive correlation with early childhood teachers' play support competency, digital competency, and creative teaching efficacy. Second, there was a positive correlation between the play support competency and digital competency of early childhood teachers. Conclusions This study suggests that enhancing the professionalism of early childhood teachers requires an educational approach that organically integrates play support competence, digital competence, and creative teaching efficacy, rather than focusing on strengthening a single competency.
