국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 지역아동센터의 돌봄서비스가 이용 아동의 센터이용만족도에 미치는 영향과 이들 영향 관계에서 또래애착의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위해 지역아동센터 아동패널 3기 3차패널(2020)에 응답한 초등학교 6학년 578명(남자 274명, 여자 304명)을 연구대상자로 선정하여 분석하였다. 자료분석은 Amos 29. 통계프로그램을 활용하여 지역아동센터의 돌봄서비스, 또래애착, 센터이용만족도 간의 구조적 관계를 파악하였다. 결과 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역아동센터 돌봄서비스가 높을수록 이용 아동의 센터이용만족도는 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 지역아동센터 이용 아동의 돌봄서비스가 높을수록 또래애착이 높은 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 지역아동센터 이용 아동의 또래애착이 높을수록 센터이용만족도는 높은 것을 분석하였다. 넷째, 지역아동센터 돌봄서비스가 이용 아동의 센터이용만족도에 미치는 영향관계에서 또래애착의 부분매개효과를 검증하였다. 결론 센터이용만족도를 높이기 위해서는 지역아동센터가 돌봄서비스에 해당하는 5대 영역(교육, 보호, 문화, 정서지원, 지역사회연계)을 특화하여 이용 아동의 욕구를 충족시켜야 할 것이다. 또한 지역아동센터는 학습과 프로그램 진행과정에서 이용하는 아동 스스로가 자발적으로 참여하고, 소통하여 또래관계를 개선해야 할 것이다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 지역아동센터 이용 아동의 센터이용만족도를 높일 수 있는 실천적 방안을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of the care services provided by local children's centers on the satisfaction of children using the centers and the mediating effect of peer attachment in this relationship. Methods To this end, 578 sixth graders (274 boys, 304 girls) who responded to the 3rd panel of the 3rd period of the local children's center children's panel (2020) were selected as research subjects and analyzed. Data analysis was performed using the Amos 29 statistical program to identify the structural relationship among the care services of local children's centers, peer attachment, and satisfaction with center use. Results The results of the study are as follows. First, the higher the care service of the local children's center, the higher the satisfaction of the children using the center. Second, the higher the care service of the children using the local children's center, the higher the peer attachment. Third, the analysis showed that the higher the peer attachment of the children using the local children's center, the higher the satisfaction of the center. Fourth, the partial mediating effect of peer attachment was verified in the relationship between the influence of the care service of the local children's center on the satisfaction of the children using the center. Conclusions In order to increase the satisfaction of center use, local children's centers should specialize in the five areas of care services (education, protection, culture, emotional support, and community connection) to meet the needs of children using them. In addition, local children's centers should have children using them voluntarily participate in the learning and program process, communicate, and improve peer relationships. Based on the above results, practical measures to increase the satisfaction of children using local children's centers were discussed.
