0-2세 영아보육과정 관련 연구동향 탐색: 2005년~2024년 국내 학술지 논문을 중심으로

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 국내·외적으로 생애 초기 교육의 중요성이 강조되고 있는 추세 속에서 0-2세 영아 대상 보육과정 관련 연구 동향을 분석함으로써 영아기 보육과정 연구의 실태 및 후속 연구의 발전 방향을 모색하고자 한다. 방법 문헌 연구 방법을 적용하여 2005년부터 2024년까지 KCI에 등재된 학술지를 대상으로 ‘영아’, ‘0-2세’, ‘보육과정’, ‘교육과정’, ‘프로그램’ 등의 키워드를 조합하여 검색한 후, 관련 논문 324편을 최종 분석하였다. 수집한 자료는 연구 시기, 연구 대상, 연구 방법, 연구 주제, 연구 패러다임을 중심으로 분석하고, 연구자 간 지속적인 공동 협의 및 재검토를 통하여 자료 분석의 타당성을 확보하고자 하였다. 결과 0-2세 영아보육과정 관련 연구를 시기별로 살펴본 결과, 2005년부터 연구가 꾸준히 이루어지고 있으며 2013년을 기준으로 연구 편수가 증가하였고, 2024년에 가장 많은 연구가 이루어졌다. 또한 연구 대상은 교사나 부모에 비해 영아를 대상으로 한 연구가 많았으며 연령별로는 2세 영아 대상 연구가 가장 큰 비율을 차지하였다. 연구 방법 면에서는 양적 연구 방법과 질적 연구 방법이 유사한 비율로 나타났으며, 연구 주제는 교과 및 교수·학습 방법 관련 주제가 많았다. 패러다임별 분석에서는 경험·분석적 논문이 가장 많음을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론 이러한 결과를 통해 영아보육과정 관련 연구의 시기적 특징과 대상, 방법, 주제, 패러다임 동향에 대한 구체적 이해를 구할 수 있었으며, 향후 영아보육과정 연구에 대한 방향과 시사점을 제공하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to explore the current state and future directions of research on curriculum for infants aged 0-2 by analyzing research trends in the context of increasing domestic and global emphasis on early childhood education. Methods This study employed a literature review method, analyzing 324 relevant journal articles published between 2005 and 2024 in academic journals indexed in the Korea Citation Index (KCI). Articles were retrieved using a combination of keywords such as “infant”, “0-2 years”, “care curriculum”, “education curriculum”, and “program”. The collected data were analyzed according to five key criteria: research period, target population, research methods, research topics, and research paradigms. To ensure the validity of the analysis, continuous collaboration and reexamination among the researchers were conducted throughout the review process. Results Research on the curriculum for infants aged 0-2 has been steadily conducted since 2005, with a noticeable increase in publications after 2013 and the highest number recorded in 2024. Studies most frequently targeted infants, particularly those aged 2, more than teachers or parents. Quantitative and qualitative methods were used at similar rates, and the most common research theme was instructional content and teaching methods. In terms of research paradigms, experience-analytic studies were the most prevalent. Conclusions These findings offer a clearer understanding of the research trends related to infant care curriculum in terms of period, subject, method, topic, and paradigm. The study provides insights and implications for the direction of follow research in this field.
