국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 Y시 5060세대 평생교육프로그램의 사례 분석을 통해 지역사회 자원을 활용한 평생교육프로그램 개발에 대한 방안을 제시하고 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 방법 이를 위하여 Y시의 5060세대 프로그램의 개발 및 운영 과정에 참여하여 ADDIE 모형의 단계에 따라 프로그램 개발 과정을 분석하여 단일 사례연구를 수행하였다. 결과 본 연구의 결과 첫째, Y시 평생교육프로그램은 지역의 미술관 시설을 활용하여 프로그램을 진행하였고, 지역 내 평생교육 담당자와 관련 분야 강사가 협업하는 등 지역사회 자원을 적극 활용하였다. 둘째, Y시 평생교육프로그램은 사전교육과 수업, 결과물 전시로 구성되었으며, 학습자와 프로그램 관계자 모두 긍정적으로 평가했다. 결론 본 연구는 Y지역에서의 최초 민관협력 프로젝트이며, 지역사회 자원을 적극 활용하여 지역주민에게 평생학습 기회를 제공한 사례를 다루었다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 향후 프로그램 운영 주체의 평생교육 및 지역에 대한 이해가 선행되고, 지역 내 강사들의 전문성 확장을 위한 역량강화교육이 이루어질 수 있다면 담당자 및 강사의 질적 성장과 지역주민의 성장이 함께 이루어질 수 있을 것이며, 이와 관련된 연구가 필요함을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, through a case study of the 5060 generation lifelong learning program in Y city, we aim to present a method for developing a lifelong learning program that utilizes local community resources and derive some suggestions. Methods To this end, we participated in the development and operation process of the 5060 Generation program in City Y and conducted a single case study by analyzing the program development process according to the stages of the ADDIE model. Results The results of this study were as follows: First, Y-City's lifelong education program actively utilized local community resources in the area, such as using the local art museum facilities to carry out the program and having lifelong education staff collaborate with lecturers in related fields. Second, the Y-City lifelong education program consisted of pre-education, classes, and an exhibition of the results and was evaluated positively by both learners and program participants. Conclusions This study is the first private-public cooperation project in Y-City and has implications in that it deals with a case study in which local community resources were actively identified and lifelong learning opportunities were provided to local residents. If lifelong education and understanding of the region of the program operator are preceded within the region and the city provides capacity-building education to expand the expertise of local lecturers, the qualitative growth of staff and lecturers and the growth of local residents can both be achieved. Therefore, research related to this should be conducted.
