유아교사가 지각한 원장의 감성리더십과 교사의 정서지능 및 교수창의성이 교사-유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 유아교사가 지각한 원장의 감성리더십과 교사의 정서지능 및 교수창의성이 교사-유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 방법 광주·전남 어린이집과 유치원에 근무하는 만 3~5세의 유아교사 총 330명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 수집된 설문지는 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 Cronbach’s a 계수, Pearson의 상관분석과 중다회귀분석의 단계선택을 통하여 자료처리를 하였다. 결과 연구 결과, 유아교사가 지각한 원장의 감성리더십, 교사의 정서지능 및 창의성은 교사와 유아의 상호작용과 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 원장의 감성리더십, 유아교사의 정서지능 및 교수창의성이 교사-유아 상호작용 전체에서는 원장의 감성리더십, 유아교사의 정서지능, 교수창의성의 변인 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 교사-유아의 상호작용의 하위요인 중 정서적 변인에는 원장의 감성리더십, 교수창의성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 유아교육현장에서 원장의 감성리더십과 교사의 정서지능 및 교수창의성이 교사-유아의 상호작용에 직접적인 영향을 주는 중요한 변인임을 확인할 수 있었으며 본 연구결과를 통해 원장의 감성리더십과 교사의 정서지능이 유아와의 상호작용에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 교사의 교수창의성 또한 유아와의 상호작용에 긍정적 영향을 준다는 것을 확인했다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the director's emotional leadership and teachers' emotional intelligence and teaching creativity on the teacher-child interaction. Methods A total of 330 early childhood teachers aged 3 to 5 working at daycare centers and kindergartens in Gwangju and Jeonnam were surveyed. The collected questionnaire was processed using the SPSS 24.0 program through Cronbach's a coefficient, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results As a result of the study, it was found that the director's emotional leadership, teacher's emotional intelligence, and creativity were related to the interaction between teachers and young children, and the director's emotional leadership, early childhood teachers' emotional intelligence, and teaching creativity all affected the director's emotional leadership, early childhood teachers' emotional intelligence, and teaching creativity. Conclusions The significance of this study can be found in that the director's emotional leadership and teachers' emotional intelligence and teaching creativity are important variables that directly affect the teacher-infant interaction in the early childhood education field, and the results of this study confirmed that the director's emotional leadership and teachers' emotional intelligence positively affect the interaction with infants and that the teacher's teaching creativity also positively affects the interaction with infants.
