간호대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 미래지향시간관이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 간호대학생들의 진로결정 자기효능감, 미래지향시간관, 취업준비행동의 관계와 취업준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위함이다. 방법 충청도 소재 2개 대학의 간호학과 4학년 학생 137명을 편의표집 하여, 2023년 5월부터 6월까지의 기간 동안 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 자료는 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis으로 분석하였다. 결과 진로결정 자기효능감과 미래지향시간관은 정적 상관관계가 있었고(r=.29, p<.001), 진로결정 자기효능감(r=.41, p<.001)과 취업준비행동 간에도 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 취업준비행동에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인은 진로결정 자기효능감이었다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 간호대학생들의 진로결정 자기효능감은 취업준비행동에 영향을 주는 요인임을 확인 하였고, 우선적으로 전공만족도가 낮은 학생들에게 자기효능감을 높이는 프로그램을 제공하여 취업준비행동을 돕는 것이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study is to examine the relationship between nursing students' career decision self-efficacy, future time perspective, and job preparation behavior, as well as to identify the factors influencing job preparation behavior. Methods A convenience sample of 137 fourth-year nursing students from two universities in Chungcheong Province was surveyed using a structured questionnaire between May and June 2023. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results Career decision self-efficacy varied according to age and major satisfaction, while future time perspective and job preparation behavior differed based on major satisfaction. A positive correlation was observed between career decision self-efficacy and future time perspective (r=.29, p<.001), as well as between career decision self-efficacy (r=.41, p<.001) and job preparation behavior. The primary factor influencing job preparation behavior was career decision self-efficacy. Conclusions This study confirmed that career decision self-efficacy is a major factor influencing job preparation behavior among nursing students. It is necessary to provide programs that enhance self-efficacy, especially for students with low major satisfaction, to support their job preparation behavior.
