상담자의 발달수준과 역전이 관리능력의 관계: 정신화와 정서인식명확성의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 상담자의 발달수준과 역전이 관리능력의 관계에서 정신화와 정서인식명확성의 순차적 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 상담관련자격을 보유하고 상담현장에서 내담자를 상담하고 있는 상담자를 대상으로 하였으며, 상담자의 발달수준(KCLQ), 정신화(Ments), 정서인식명확성(TMMS), 역전이 관리능력(CFI) 척도를 사용하여 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였고, 자료를 분석하기 위해서 IBM SPSS 27.0과 SPSS PROCESS Macro를 사용하였다. 결과 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 상담자의 발달수준, 정신화, 정서인식명확성, 역전이 관리능력 모두 유의미한 정적상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 상담자의 발달수준과 역전이 관리능력에서 정신화와 정서인식명확성을 각각 매개하였다. 셋째, 상담자의 발달수준과 역전이 관리능력의 관계에서 정신화와 정서인식명확성이 순차적으로 매개하였다. 결론 이 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 시사점을 제안하였고, 연구의 한계점과 후속 연구의 필요성을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to verify the sequential mediating effect of mentalization and emotional awareness clarity in the relationship between the counselor's developmental level and Countertransference Management Ability. Methods For this study, we conducted an online survey using the counselor's developmental level (KCLQ), mentalization (Ments), emotional awareness clarity (TMMS), and Countertransference Management Ability (CFI) scales. To analyze the data, IBM SPSS 27.0 and SPSS PROCESS Macro were used. Results As a result of this study, first, the counselor's developmental level, mentalization, emotional recognition clarity, and countertransference management ability all showed significant positive correlation. Second, mentalization and emotional clarity each mediated the relationship between counselors' developmental level and countertransference management ability. Third, mentalization and emotional clarity sequentially mediated the relationship between counselors' developmental level and countertransference management ability. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, the significance and implications of this study were proposed, and the limitations of the study and the necessity of follow-up studies were discussed.
