국문 초록

As the key implementers of the fundamental mission of cultivating virtue and nurturing talents, university ideological and political theory course instructors’ professional commitment levels are closely related to teaching effectiveness and the achievement of educational objectives. This study takes the “six essentials” criteria— “strong political awareness, deep emotional commitment, innovative thinking, broad vision, strict selfdiscipline, and upright character” —as the starting point. It explores the “six-dimensional” connotation model and core elements of professional commitment among university ideological and political theory course instructors, constructing a commitment framework that better reflects contemporary characteristics and aligns with the unique mission of these educators. This provides theoretical support for further research on the influencing factors of professional commitment, reveals its internal mechanisms, and enhances the level of professional commitment.

영문 초록

高校思想政治理论课教师作为落实立德树人根本任务的关键主体，其职业承诺水平与教学成效及育人目标的达成密切相关。本研究以“政治要强、情怀要深、思维要新、视野要广、自律要严、人格要正”的“六要”标准为切入点，深入探究高校思想政治理论课教师职业承诺的“六维”内涵模型及核心要素，构建了更具时代特征、更贴合思想政治理论课教师特殊使命的承诺框架，从而为进一步研究职业承诺的影响因素、揭示其内在作用机制以及提升职业承诺水平提供理论支撑。
