국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 노인의 성공적 노화에 영향을 주는 긍정심리자본을 설명하기 위하여 노인의 긍정심리자본과 성공적 노화 관계에서의 자아 탄력성의 매개효과와 사회적 배제의 조절 효과를 검증하고자 한다. 방법 이를 위해 구미시 노인종합복지관 이용자 65세 이상 150명을 대상으로 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 노인의 긍정심리자본, 성공적 노화, 사회적 배제의 영향력을 검증하기 위해 신뢰도분석, 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하고, 매개효과 검증을 위해 회귀분석과 부트스트래핑 기법을 실시하였다. 결과 본 연구에서는 노인의 긍정심리자본이 성공적 노화에 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 결과가 도출되었으며, 긍정심리자본과 성공적 노화의 관계에서 자아 탄력성이 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 한편, 사회적 배제는 긍정심리자본과 성공적 노화의 관계에서 조절 효과를 나타냈다. 결론 노인의 활동적인 노화와 삶의 질 향상을 위한 긍정심리자본을 높히며, 노인의 자아탄력성 증진 및 사회적 배제를 해소하는 실천적, 정책적 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to explain the positive psychological capital of the elderly that influences successful aging, and to examine the mediating effect of self-resilience and the moderating effect of social exclusion in the relationship between positive psychological capital and successful aging. Methods To achieve this, data from 150 individuals aged 65 and older who use the senior comprehensive welfare center in Gumi were analyzed using SPSS 26.0. Differences in demographic variables were tested through ANOVA to verify the influence of positive psychological capital, successful aging, and social exclusion. Results The results of this study revealed that positive psychological capital significantly influences successful aging, and self-resilience was found to play a mediating role in the relationship between positive psychological capital and successful aging. Additionally, social exclusion showed a moderating effect in the relationship between positive psychological capital and successful aging. Conclusions To promote active aging and improve the quality of life for the elderly, it is necessary to enhance positive psychological capital, improve self-resilience, and develop practical and policy measures to address social exclusion.
