국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생의 MBTI 특성을 파악하여 자기효능감, 셀프리더십, 학업성취도와의 차이 확인 및 이들 변수 간의 관계와 학업성취도의 영향 요인을 확인함으로써 학업성취도 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 방법 자료수집은 간호학과 4학년 재학생을 대상으로 2023년 9월 4일부터 27일까지 실시되었으며, 총 162명의 자료를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Person’s correlation coefficients, multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 결과 간호대학생의 MBTI 특성의 선호지표와 심리기질에 따라 자기효능감, 셀프리더십, 학업성취도에서 유의한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 자기효능감과 셀프리더십 및 학업성취도의 관계, 셀프리더십과 학업성취도 간의 관계에서 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인은 자기효능감으로 나타났으며, 설명력은 60.3%였다. 결론 간호대학생의 학업성취도를 향상하기 위해서는 MBTI 특성을 고려한 자기효능감과 셀프리더십, 학업성취도 향상을 위한 다양한 방안이 마련되어야 하며, 학업성취도에 중요 영향 요인으로 밝혀진 자기효능감 증진을 위한 체계적인 프로그램 개발과 적용을 위한 교육환경에 대한 고려가 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to provide basic data for improving academic achievement by identifying differences in self-efficacy, self-leadership, and academic achievement according to the MBTI characteristics of nursing students, and by identifying the relationships among self-efficacy, self-leadership, and academic achievement and the factors affecting academic achievement. Methods Data collection was conducted from September 4 to 27, 2023, targeting 4th year nursing students, and a total of 162 data were used in the final analysis. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Person’s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results Among the MBTI characteristics of nursing students, there were significant differences in self-efficacy, self-leadership, and academic achievement according to preference index and psychological temperament. There was a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy, self-leadership, and academic achievement. There was also a significant positive correlation between self-leadership and academic achievement. The main factor affecting academic achievement was self-efficacy, and the explanatory power was 60.3%. Conclusions In order to improve the academic achievement of nursing students, various measures should be prepared to improve self-efficacy and self-leadership and academic achievement considering MBTI characteristics. In particular, it is necessary to consider the educational environment for developing and applying a systematic program to improve self-efficacy, which has been identified as an important factor influencing academic achievement.
