국내 대학교 비교과 프로그램의 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 국내 대학교에서 실행하는 비교과 프로그램으로 국내 석, 박사 학위 논문, 학술지 논문을 분석하고 연구 동향을 파악하는 것이다. 방법 첫째, 2020년부터 2024년 7월까지 22개의 학위 논문과 57개의 학술지를 수집하였다. 둘째, 검색 키워드는 ‘비교과’, ‘비교과 프로그램’, ‘대학교 비교과’를 기준으로 검색하였다. 셋째, 연구 동향과 관련한 선행연구 고찰을 통하여 비교과 교육과정 분야별로 탐색하였으며 어떤 변인이 많이 쓰였는지 분석하였다. 넷째, 선행연구들을 분석하여 분야별 변인을 설정하였다. 다섯째, 분석 결과를 기반으로 최종적인 확인을 하였으며 검토하여 재정리의 과정을 거쳐 연구를 진행하였다. 결과 첫째, 학위 논문과 학술지에 가장 많이 연구된 분야는 학습 분야이다. 둘째, 학위 논문의 가장 많이 연구된 변인은 자기효능감이다. 셋째, 학술지에서 가장 많이 사용된 변인은 학습 참여 동기이다. 결론 첫째, 각 연도별로 비슷한 논문 게재 수를 보이고 있어 비교과 프로그램과 관련된 연구가 계속 진행되고 있으며 중요한 변인으로 인식되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 학습 분야와 대학 생활 분야는 다양한 변인으로 연구가 이루어졌지만 그 외 분야는 상대적으로 적은 연구가 이루어졌다. 섯째, 매년 새로운 변인으로 한 연구들이 나타나고 있는 점을 보면 기존의 문제점을 다른 시각으로 해결하고자 하는 것으로 여겨진다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze domestic stone, doctoral dissertation, and academic journal thesis with a comparative program implemented by the university, and to identify research trends and major variables. Methods First, 22 dissertations and 57 journals were collected from 2020 to July 2024. Second, the search keywords were searched based on ‘non-curricular’, ‘non-curricular program’, and ‘university comparison department’. Third, it was searched for each field of comparison and curriculum through a review of previous studies related to research trends, and which variables were used the most. Fourth, variables for each field were set by analyzing previous studies. Fifth, the final confirmation was made based on the analysis results, reviewed, and the study was conducted through a process of re-evaluation. Results First, as the number of similar papers is showing in each year, research related to the comparison and program is continuing, and it is recognized as an important variable. Second, research was conducted on various variables in the field of learning and university life, but relatively few studies were conducted in other fields. Fifth, it seems that they are trying to solve existing problems from a different perspective, as studies with new variables appear every year. Conclusions First, the field most studied in degree papers and journals is the field of learning. Second, the variable most studied in degree papers is self-efficacy. Third, the variable most used in journals is motivation to participate in learning.
