국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 평가염려 완벽주의와 사회불안의 관계에서 내면화된 수치심의 매개효과를 살펴보고, 이를 속박감이 조절하는지 검증하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 초기 성인기 400명을 대상으로 평가염려 완벽주의, 사회불안, 내면화된 수치심, 속박감 척도를 사용하여 측정하였다. SPSS 24.0과 PROCESS Macro 4.1을 사용하여 상관분석을 실시하였고, 매개효과, 조절효과, 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 결과 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 평가염려 완벽주의, 내면화된 수치심, 속박감, 사회불안은 모두 정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 평가염려 완벽주의가 사회불안에 미치는 영향에서 내면화된 수치심은 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 속박감 및 내적 속박감은 평가염려 완벽주의와 사회불안의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 평가염려 완벽주의는 내면화된 수치심을 매개하여 사회불안에 영향을 미치며, 속박감 및 내적 속박감은 조절된 매개효과가 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 초기 성인기의 평가엽려 완벽주의가 사회불안에 미치는 영향에서 내면화된 수치심의 매개효과를 속박감이 조절하는가를 확인함으로써 초기 성인기의 사회불안에 대한 이해를 높였으며, 상담 개입에 대하여 치료 전략 수립에 대한 이론적 근거를 제공하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the moderated mediating effect of entrapment through internalized shame on the relationship between evaluative concerns perfectionism and social anxiety. Methods To this end, 400 early adult participated in this study by completing the following questionnaires: Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale, Social Anxiety Scale, Internalized Shame Scale, Entrapment Scale. Data analysis was conducted through SPSS 24.0 and SPSS Macro version 4.1. Results The results of this study were as follows: First the relationship between all variables was statistically significant. Second, internalized shame was partially mediated between evaluative concerns perfectionism and social anxiety. Third, the entrapment was moderated between internalized shame and social anxiety. Fourth, the moderated mediating effect of entrapment on the relationship between evaluative concerns perfectionism, internalized shame, social anxiety was found.. Lastly, clinical implications and limitations of this study were discussed. Conclusions The results of this study provided implications for the understanding of social anxiety and treatment strategies, by confirming the role of Internalized Shame and Entrapment in the influence of early adults' Evaluative Concerns Perfectionism on Social Anxiety.
