간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시에 관한 국내 연구 동향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시 연구의 최신 동향을 분석하여, 향후 연구방향과 간호 교육 프로그램 개발에 대한 전략모색에 있어 기초적 근거를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법 문헌 검색은 국내 논문 전자저널 데이터베이스(RISS, DBpia, KISS, 국회도서관, NDSL, KoreaMed)에서 검색하였다. 검색어는 (‘디지털 리터러시’) AND (‘간호대학생’ OR ‘간호학생’ OR ‘학생간호사’)로 조합하여 최근 5년간의 연구를 검색하였다. 그 결과 총 68편이 검색되었으며 선정기준에 부합한 13편을 대상으로 분석하였다. 결과 분석결과, 13편의 분석대상 논문 모두 양적연구였으며 연구 대상자는 대부분 간호대학생 전체 학년을 대상으로 한 연구였다. 또한, 디지털 리터러시가 학업성취도, 학습몰입, 자기주도 학습능력, 임상수행능력, 문제해결능력, 전공만족도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 국내 간호대학생을 대상으로 디지털 리터러시 관련 연구의 방향성을 제시한 점에 의의가 있다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 반복연구 및 질적연구, 디지털 리터러시 증진 프로그램 개발을 위한 추가적인 연구가 진행되는 데 기초자료로 제공되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to provide a basic evidence for research directions and strategies for the development of nursing education programs by analyzing research trends on nursing students’ digital literacy in korea Methods The literature was searched in Korean electronic journal databases (RISS, DBpia, KISS, NDSL, KoreaMed). The search was conducted by combining (‘Digital Literacy’) AND (‘Nursing college student’ OR ‘Nursing students’ OR ‘Student nurse’) during published in the last 5 years. As a result, a total of 68 studies were retrieved, and 13 studies that met the selection criteria were analyzed. Results All 13 studies analyzed were quantitative studies and most of the studies covered the all grades of nursing students. Digital Literacy had positive effects on Academic Achievement, Learning Flow, Self-directed learning ability, Clinical competency, Problem-Solving Competence, Major Satisfaction. Conclusions The significance of this study is that it suggests the direction of digital literacy related research among nursing students in Korea. Based on the study results, it is expected to be provided as basic data for repeated and qualitative studies to identify influencing factors, and for further studies to develop digital literacy programs.
