유아교육·보육 교사의 에듀테크 활용 의도 영향요인: 기술수용모형(TAM)을 중심으로

국문 초록

목적 본 연구목적은 유아교육·보육 교사의 테크놀로지 효능감, 에듀테크에 대한 지각된 실행 편의성과 유용성, 태도, 에듀테크 활용 의도의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 방법 연구대상은 경기도 지역 어린이집에 근무하는 교사 558명이며, 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료는 SPSS와 AMOS를 활용하여 기술통계량, 확인적 요인분석, 내적 일관성 분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식 모형 분석과 매개효과 검증을 위한 부트스트랩 분석을 시행하였다. 결과 유아교육·보육 교사의 테크놀로지 효능감은 에듀테크 실행 편의성과 유용성에 각각 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 이들 변인은 에듀테크에 대한 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 에듀테크에 대한 편의성과 유용성을 충분히 인식하고 긍정적인 태도가 형성된 교사일수록 에듀테크 활용 의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교사의 테크놀로지 효능감과 에듀테크 활용 의도의 관계에서 지각된 실행 편의성과 유용성, 에듀테크에 대한 태도는 긍정적인 매개효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론 연구결과는 유아교육·보육 현장에서 에듀테크 활용의 활성화를 위해 교사의 테크놀로지 효능감을 높이고, 에듀테크 실행의 편의성과 에듀테크 활용의 교육 효과에 대한 인식을 제고함으로써 긍정적인 태도를 형성하게 하는 지원과 노력이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationships between early childhood education and care (ECEC) teachers' technological efficacy, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitudes toward using EduTech, and intentions to use EduTech. Methods The participants of this study were 558 teachers working at ECEC centers in the Gyeonggi Province, and data were collected through a survey. The data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS, and we conducted descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, internal consistency analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation modeling, and bootstrap analysis for testing mediating effects. Results The analysis results showed that ECEC teachers' technology self-efficacy positively affected the perceived ease of use and usefulness of EduTech, and these variables had a positive impact on teachers' attitudes toward using EduTech. Teachers who recognize the ease of use and usefulness of EduTech and have a positive attitude toward it tend to have higher intentions to use EduTech. We also confirmed that perceived ease of use and usefulness, as well as attitudes toward using EduTech, have a positive mediating effect in the relationship between teachers' technology self-efficacy and their intention to use EduTech. Conclusions The research results suggest that, in order to promote the use of EduTech in ECEC contexts, it is essential to enhance teachers' technology self-efficacy and improve their perceptions of the ease of use and educational effectiveness of EduTech, thus encouraging positive attitudes through support and initiatives.
