무용전공자를 위한 창의적 잠재력 특성 질문지(TCPQ-12)의 측정 불변성과 잠재평균 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 창의적 잠재력 특성 질문지(TCPQ-12: Penagos-Corzo & Saucedo, 2021)가 무용을 전공하는 고등학생과 대학생들의 창의적 잠재력 특성을 측정하는데 동일하게 적용될 수 있는지를 검증하고, 하위척도(탐색, 규칙위반, 도전)의 잠재평균이 두 집단 간 차이가 있는지를 비교하는 데 있다. 방법 이를 위해 4개 예술고등학교와 4개 대학 무용학과에서 총 772명(고교생 387명, 대학생 385)의 학생들이 설문조사에 참여하였다. 자료는 TCPQ-12의 측정 불변성과 잠재평균 분석을 위해 기술통계, 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석, 내적 신뢰도 분석 및 다집단 확인적 요인분석을 이용하여 처리되었다. 결과 다집단 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 창의성에 대한 탐색과 규칙위반 및 도전을 평가하는 측정모델은 무용을 전공하는 학생들의 특성적 창의적 잠재력을 평가하는 데 타당성과 신뢰성을 갖춘 측정도구이다. 둘째, 창의적 잠재력 특성 질문지의 요인구조와 요인 부하량은 무용전공 고등학생과 대학생 집단 사이에 동일하지만, 절편과 공분산은 두 집단 사이에 다소 차이가 있다. 셋째, 창의적 잠재력 특성 질문지의 세 하위척도 중 규칙위반의 잠재평균은 대학생 집단이 고등학생 집단보다 약간 더 크지만, 탐색과 도전의 잠재평균은 고등학생과 대학생 집단 사이에 차이가 없다. 결론 이 결과는 창의적 잠재력 특성 질문지가 개인의 창의성에 대한 잠재적 능력을 측정하기 위해 개발되었음에도 무용을 전공하는 학생들에게도 적용 가능한 측정도구임을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives Creative potential refers to an individual's ability to express his or her creative abilities and perform creatively in the face of challenges. This study examined whether the Trait of Creative Potential Questionnaire (TCPQ-12: Penagos-Corzo & Saucedo, 2021) is equally applicable to measure creative potential traits in high school and college students majoring in dance (measurement invariance test) and compared latent means of the sub-scales (exploration, rule-breaking, and challenge) to see if they differ between the two groups (latent mean analysis). Methods A total of 772 students (387 high school students, 385 university students) from four art high schools and four university dance departments participated in the survey. The data were conducted using descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, internal reliability analysis, and multi-group confirmatory factor analysis. Results The results of the multi-group analysis are as follows: First, the measurement model that assesses creativity exploration, transgression, and challenge is a valid and reliable instrument for assessing the trait creative potential of dance students. Second, the factor structure and factor loadings of the TCPQ-12 are the same between high school and college students majoring in dance, but the intercept and covariance are somewhat different between the two groups. Third, among the three subscales of the Trait of Creative Potential Questionnaire, the latent mean of transgression is slightly larger for the college students than for the high school students, but the latent means of exploration and challenge do not differ between the high school and college students. Conclusions These results suggest that although the Creative Potential Traits Questionnaire was developed to measure an individual's potential for creativity, it is also applicable to dance students.
