국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 중국의 직업전문대학생들이 느끼는 사회적 지지가 그들의 창업의도에 미치는 영향과 사회적 지지 및 창업의도 사이에서 셀프리더십의 매개 역할을 탐구하는 것이다. 방법 중국 쓰촨성의 5개 현지 직업전문대학에 재학 중인 1학년부터 4학년까지 총 549명의 학생들이 연구대상으로 선정되었다. 본 연구에서는 각 연구 변수에 대한 연구대상의 특성을 파악하고 데이터의 정규 분포를 확인하기 위해 기술적 통계분석을 사용하였다. 회귀분석을 통해 창업의도, 사회적 지지, 셀프리더십 간의 관계를 탐색하였다. 또한 사회적 지지와 창업의도 간의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 매개역할을 탐색하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석 방법을 사용하였다. 데이터의 통계분석에는 SPSS 23.0을 사용하였다. 결과 첫째, 사회적 지지의 구성요소 중 타인 지지(other support)는 창업의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 사회적 지원과 그 구성요소들은 셀프리더십에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 셀프리더십의 구성요소 중 건설적 사고 패턴 전략은 창업의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 셀프리더십은 사회적 지원과 창업의도 간의 관계에서 유의미한 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 중국 직업전문대학생의 창업의도, 사회적 지지, 셀프리더십 간의 관계를 규명하고 셀프리더십의 매개역할을 확인했다. 이러한 결과는 교육기관이 학생들의 창업 정신과 실무 능력을 배양시키는 데 필요한 중요한 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of social support on entrepreneurial intention of Chinese higher vocational college students, as well as the mediating role of self-leadership between social support and entrepreneurial intention. Methods 549 students from grade one to grade four from five local higher vocational colleges in Sichuan Province, of China were selected as participants. In this study, descriptive statistical analysis was used to identify the characteristics of the research participants for each research variable and confirm the normal distribution of the data. Regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial intention, social support and self-leadership. In addition, hierarchical regression analysis method was used to explore the mediating role of self-leadership between social support and entrepreneurial intention. SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data. Results First, among the dimensions of social support, other support had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, social support and its dimensions had a positive effect on self-leadership. Third, among the dimensions of self-leadership, constructive thought pattern strategies had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Fourth, self-leadership was found to play a significant mediating role in the relationship between social support and entrepreneurial intention. Conclusions This study identified the relationship between entrepreneurial intention, social support and self-leadership of Chinese higher vocational college students, as well as proved the mediating role of self-leadership. These results are significant in that they provided important basic data for educational institutions to cultivate students' entrepreneurial spirit and practical skills.
