국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 사회복지 종사자의 외상경험과 외상후성장의 관계에서 회복탄력성과 의도적반추의 매개 효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 온라인 상에서 사회복지 종사자 200명을 대상으로 외상경험, 외상후성장, 회복탄력성, 의도적반추 관련 설문을 실시하였으며 최종적으로 188명의 자료를 활용하여 분석을 실행하였다. 자료의 탐색적 분석은 SPSS 27 프로그램을, 매개효과의 경우 SPSS 27 PROCESS Macro 4.2를 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외상경험과 회복탄력성 간에는 유의한 상관이 없었으며, 외상경험과 외상후성장 간에는 정적상관이 있었고, 회복탄력성과 외상후성장 간에는 정적상관이 있었다. 둘째, 외상경험과 의도적반추 간에는 정적상관, 외상경험과 외상후성장 간에는 정적상관이 있었고, 의도적반추와 외상후성장 간에는 정적상관이 있었다. 셋째, 외상경험에서 외상후성장 사이에는 유의미한 직접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났지만, 외상경험이 회복탄력성을 경유하여 외상후성장에 주는 간접효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다, 넷째, 외상경험과 외상후성장의 관계에서 의도적반추는 완전매개 역할을 하였다. 결론 본 연구의 결과는 사회복지사의 외상경험과 외상후성장을 이해하고, 회복탄력성과 의도적반추에 대한 유용한 자료가 될 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effects of resilience and deliberate rumination on the relationship between traumatic experiences and posttraumatic growth in social welfare workers. Methods A survey on traumatic experiences, posttraumatic growth, resilience, and deliberate rumination was conducted online for 200 social workers, and the data from 188 people were ultimately used for analysis. Exploratory analysis of the data was conducted using the SPSS 27 program, and mediating effects were analyzed using SPSS 27 PROCESS Macro 4.2. Results The results of this study are as follows. First, there was no significant correlation between traumatic experience and resilience, but there was a positive correlation between traumatic experience and posttraumatic growth, and there was a positive correlation between resilience and posttraumatic growth. Second, there was a positive correlation between traumatic experience and deliberate rumination, a positive correlation between traumatic experience and posttraumatic growth, and a positive correlation between deliberate rumination and posttraumatic growth. Third, there was a significant direct effect from traumatic experience to posttraumatic growth, but the indirect effect of traumatic experience on posttraumatic growth via resilience was not significant. Fourth, deliberate rumination played a complete mediating role in the relationship between traumatic experience and posttraumatic growth. Conclusions The results of this study will provide useful data for understanding social workers’ traumatic experiences and posttraumatic growth, and for resilience and intentional reflection.
