사회부과 완벽주의와 학업소진의 관계: 자기가치감 수반성의 타인승인과 강박열정의 조절된 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 사회부과 완벽주의가 학업소진에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 자기가치감 수반성의 타인승인이 사회부과 완벽주의와 학업소진을 매개하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 또한, 사회부과 완벽주의가 자기가치감 수반성의 타인승인을 통해 학업소진에 미치는 영향에서 열정이 조절된 매개효과를 갖는지 알아보았다 방법 이를 위해 수도권 소재의 대학생 388명을 대상으로 사회부과 완벽주의, 학업소진, 자기가치감 수반성, 열정을 측정하였으며, SPSS 22와 SPSS PROCESS macro를 이용하여 사회부과 완벽주의와 학업소진의 관계에서 자기가치감수반성의 타인승인의 매개효과와 강박열정의 조절된 매개효과를 분석하였다. 결과 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회부과 완벽주의가 학업소진의 관계에서 자기가치감 수반성의 타인승인의 부분 매개효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 자기가치감수반성의 타인승인과 학업소진의 관계에서 강박열정의 조절효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 사회부과 완벽주의와 학업소진의 관계에서 자기가치감 수반성의 타인승인을 통한 강박열정의 조절된 매개효과가 나타났다. 결론 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 학업소진과 자기가치감 수반성, 열정의 속성에 따른 경로를 활용한 시사점과 연구의 제한점 및 후속 연구의 필요성을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the moderated mediation effect of passion (moderator) and contingency of self-worth on other’s approval (mediator) in the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and academic burnout. Methods A total of 388 college students in Gyeongi region completed a research packet including socially prescribed perfectionism, academic burnout, contingency of self-worth, passion, and demographic variables. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 22 and SPSS PROCESS macro. Results First, contingency of self-worth on other’s approval partially mediated in the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and academic burnout. Second, obsessive passion moderated in the relationship between contingency of self-worth(other’s approval) and academic burnout. Third, the moderated mediation effect of obsessive passion through contingency of self-worth(other’s approval) in the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and academic burnout were emerged. Conclusions Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of the study were discussed. Finally, suggestions for the further study were discussed.
