교과와 연계한 초등 진로탄력성 교육 효과 연구: ‘발표하기’ 중심으로

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 ‘발표하기’ 중심으로, 교과와 연계한 초등 진로탄력성 교육을 실행하고 그 효과성을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법 초등학생의 진로 특성, 교육과정에 반영된 진로탄력성 관련 내용, 진로탄력성의 개념과 요소, 백워드 설계 모형의 특징과 절차, 발표하기의 개념과 절차 등의 내용을 살피며 이론적 배경을 형성하였다. 이어서 연구 기간 및 연구 집단 구성, 측정 도구 선정, ADDIE 모형에 근거한 연구 절차 수립, 연구 효과성 검증 계획 수립 후 백워드 단원 설계의 3단계 절차를 적용하여 본 연구 프로젝트 단원 설계 후 실행하였다. 결과 독립표본 t 검정을 활용하여 연구 집단에 대한 ‘진로탄력성’ 사전-사후 측정 결과, 전체 하위 요소에서 실험 집단과 통제 집단 간 ‘진로탄력성’의 유의한 차이를 확인하였다. 공변량 분석을 활용하여 본 연구의 순수 효과성을 검증한 결과, 전체 하위 요소에서 실험 집단과 통제 집단 간 ‘진로탄력성’의 유의한 차이를 확인하였다. 대응표본 t 검정을 활용하여 연구 집단 별 ‘진로탄력성’ 사전-사후 측정 결과, 실험 집단에서 진로탄력성 평균의 유의한 증가를 확인하였다. 이에 ‘발표하기’ 중심으로 교과 연계 진로탄력성 교육을 시행한 본 연구 효과성은 검증되었다고 판단하였다. 결론 본 연구가 진로교육 강화를 교육과정 문서에 명시한 2022 개정 교육과정의 원만한 학교 적용과, 발표하기 중심의 교과 연계 진로탄력성 교육 실행에 보탬이 되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to implement elementary career resilience education linked to subjects, focusing on ‘presentation,’ and to verify its effectiveness. Methods The theoretical background was established by examining the career characteristics of elementary school students, career resilience-related content reflected in the curriculum, the concept and elements of career resilience, the features and procedures of the Backward design model, and the concept and procedures of presentation. Subsequently, the research period and study group composition were determined, measurement tools were selected, research procedures based on the ADDIE model were established, and a plan for verifying research effectiveness was developed. Following this, the three-stage process of Backward design was applied to design the project unit for this study, which was then implemented. Results Using an independent sample t-test, significant differences in career resilience were identified between the experimental and control groups across all sub-elements based on pre- and post-measurements. Analyzing the pure effect of this study through covariance analysis also revealed significant differences in career resilience between the two groups across all sub-elements. Additionally, a paired sample t-test indicated a significant increase in the mean career resilience of the experimental group from pre- to post-measurements. These findings confirm the effectiveness of this study, which implemented career resilience education linked to subjects with a focus on ‘presentation.’ Conclusions This study is expected to contribute to the smooth school implementation of the 2022 revised curriculum, which emphasizes strengthening career education in curriculum documents, and to support the execution of career resilience education linked to subjects with a focus on ‘presentation.’
