활동중심 집단미술치료 프로그램이 학교부적응 아동의 모-자 상호작용에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 활동중심 집단미술치료 프로그램이 학교부적응 아동의 모-자 상호작용에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 방법 이를 위하여 학교적응에 어려움이 있는 아동을 대상으로 A시 상담센터에 프로그램 모집공고를 내었고 프로그램 목적에 부합되는 아동 6명과 그들의 모 6명으로 대상으로 2024년 5월 13일부터 2024년 7월 15일까지 주 1회, 70분씩 총 8회기에 걸쳐 활동중심 집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 윌콕슨 부호 순위 검정(Wilcoxon signed ranks test)을 사용하였고, 모-자 상호작용 척도를 프로그램 사전·사후로 실시해 그 변화를 살펴보았다. 또한 매회기 별 모-자 상호작용의 변화를 기록·분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 활동중심의 미술치료를 실시한 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 모-자 상호작용 향상에 효과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 활동중심의 미술치료 프로그램은 자연스러운 신체적 상호작용을 이끌어 모-자 간 원활한 소통을 돕고 이와 함께 정서적 지지와 안정감을 회복하는 변화를 보였고, 작품의 성취감은 모-자의 심리발달을 지원, 적응을 도와 모-자 상호작용 증진에 긍정적인 변화를 나타냈다. 결론 이 연구는 활동중심 집단미술치료 프로그램이 모-자의 상호작용 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 시사하며, 이는 향후 관련 프로그램 설계 및 실행에 유용한 지침을 제공할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to find out how the activity-oriented group art therapy program affects the mother-child interaction of school maladjusted children. Methods To this end, the program was posted to the A City Counseling Center for children with difficulties adapting to school, and the activity-oriented group art therapy program was conducted once a week and for a total of eight sessions, 70 minutes, from May 13, 2024 to July 15, 2024. The Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to verify the effectiveness of the program, and the change was examined by conducting pre and post-programming on a parent-child interaction scale. In addition, changes in parent-child interaction were recorded and analyzed at each session Results First, the experimental group that performed activity-oriented art therapy showed an effect on improving maternal-child interaction compared to the control group. Second, The activity-oriented art therapy program led to natural physical interaction, helping smooth mother-child communication and restoring emotional support and stability, and the sense of accomplishment of the work showed positive changes in promoting mother-child interaction by supporting mother-child psychological development and adapting. Conclusions This study suggests that an activity-oriented group art therapy program has a positive effect on improving mother-child interaction, and is expected to provide useful guidance for the design and implementation of related programs in the future.
