국문 초록

목적 본 논문의 연구 목적은 한-나 시범학교 건립사업으로 진행된 ICT 연수 프로그램 유형별 효과를 비교 분석하여, ICT 교육 기반 ODA가 교사의 ICT 활용과 인식에 미친 영향을 평가하고, 향후 ODA의 ICT 연수 프로그램의 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 방법 본 연구는 한국-나이지리아 시범학교에 재직 중인 교사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 교사들은 초청 및 현지연수, 현지연수, 미연수 그룹으로 분류되었으며, 각 그룹을 대상으로 교사의 ICT 활용에 대한 자기평가, 교실 수업에서의 ICT 활용, 학생들에게 강조하는 ICT 분야, 학생들의 ICT 사용에 대한 인식, 그리고 학교 ICT 인프라에 대한 인식을 분석한다. 결과 초청 및 현지연수 그룹은 다양한 ICT 도구를 적극 활용하며 높은 자신감을 보였고, 현지연수 그룹은 비교적 제한적인 활용과 인식을 나타냈다. 반면, 미연수 교사는 전반적으로 낮은 ICT 활용 능력과 인식을 드러냈다. 결론 교사의 ICT 활용 역량 강화를 위해 TK, TPK, TCK를 중심으로 그룹별 맞춤형 연수 프로그램을 제안하고, 연수 효과의 지속성을 확보하기 위해 교사 중심의 학습공동체 도입의 필요성을 강조하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the effects of different types of ICT training programs conducted as part of the Nigeria-Korea Model School establishment project. This study evaluates the impact of ICT-based ODA on teachers' ICT utilization and perceptions and aims to propose directions for future ICT training programs within ODA projects. Methods This study conducted a survey targeting teachers working at a Nigeria-Korea model school. The teachers were classified into three groups: invitation and local trained, local trained, and non-trained. The study analyzed each group's self-evaluation of ICT utilization, the use of ICT in classroom instruction, the ICT areas emphasized for students, teachers' perceptions of students' ICT usage, and their perceptions of the school's ICT infrastructure. Results The invitation and local training group actively utilized various ICT tools and demonstrated high confidence, while the local training group showed relatively limited use and awareness. In contrast, the non-training group exhibited generally low ICT proficiency and and perceptions. Conclusions A group-specific customized training program is proposed to enhance teachers' ICT utilization competencies, focusing on TK (Technological Knowledge), TPK (Technological Pedagogical Knowledge), and TCK (Technological Content Knowledge). Furthermore, the necessity of introducing teacher-centered learning communities is emphasized to ensure the sustainability of the training effects.
