유아교사의 책무성, 임파워먼트와 사회적 지지가 놀이지원역량에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 책무성, 임파워먼트와 사회적 지지가 놀이지원역량에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 방법 연구 대상은 경남의 만 3-5세반 담당 유아교사로 2024년 8월 17일부터 8월 22일까지 설문지 조사를 하여 396부를 최종분석하였다. 분석자료는 SPSS 27.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 일원분산분석, 사후분석으로 Scheffé-test, 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 유아교사의 책무성은 교사의 연령, 기관 유형에 따라 유의미한 차이가 나타났고, 임파워먼트, 사회적 지지, 놀이지원역량은 교사의 연령, 경력, 기관 유형에 따라 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 책무성, 임파워먼트, 사회적 지지와 놀이지원역량 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사의 책무성, 임파워먼트와 사회적 지지는 놀이지원역량에 유의미한영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 유아교사의 놀이지원역량을 증진하기 위해서는 교사의 책무성, 임파워먼트와 사회적 지지의 수준을 높이는 것이 요구되며, 이를 위해 관련 교사교육이나 기관 차원의 지원 등이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of early childhood teacher’s accountability, empow erment, and social support on play support competency. Methods The subjects of this study were 396 early childhood teachers in Gyeongnam, and a questionnaire survey about accountability, empowerment, social support, and play support competency was conducted from August 17 to 22, 2024. For data analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, ANOVA, Scheffé-test, Pearson’s correlation co efficient, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were used by SPSS 27.0. Results First, early childhood teachers' accountability showed significant differences according to age and institu tional type. Early childhood teachers' empowerment, social support, and play support competency showed sig nificant differences according to age, career, and institutional type. Second, it was found that there was a sig nificant positive correlation between early childhood teachers' accountability, empowerment, social support, and play support competency. Third, it was found that early childhood teachers' accountability, empowerment, and social support had a significant effect on play support competency. Conclusions These results suggest that it is effective to promote accountability, empowerment, and social sup port of early childhood teachers to increase the level of play support competency.
