국문 초록

목적 이 연구의 목적은 부모자녀관계가 고등학생의 진로성숙도와 진로탄력성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 방법 이를 위해, 서울 소재 고등학교에 재학 중인 학생 210명을 대상으로 2024년 5월 17일부터 5월 31일까지 부모자녀관계, 진로성숙도, 진로탄력성 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료에 대한 분석으로, 기술통계와 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였고, 변인들 간의 관련성과 영향력을 검증하기 위해 Pearson 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 분석결과, 부모자녀관계와 진로성숙도, 진로탄력성 간에는 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부모자녀관계는 고등학생의 진로성숙도와 진로탄력성 모두에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 부모자녀관계는 진로성숙도의 하위요인인준비성에, 진로탄력성의 하위요인인 관계활용에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 결론 이 연구에서는 부모자녀관계가 고등학생의 진로성숙도와 진로탄력성에 영향을 미친다는 점을 입증함으로써, 대학진학과 미래의 진로선택으로 어려움을 겪는 고등학생들이 자신의 진로방향을 확고히 하고, 고난과 역경에도 긍정적 태도를 갖고 꾸준히 진로준비를 해 나아가는데 있어, 부모자녀관계가 매우 중요한 변인이라는 점을 확인했다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of parent-child relationships on career ma turity and career resilience among high school students. Methods To achieve this, the study was conducted from May 17 to May 31, 2024, involving 210 high school stu dents in Seoul. Participants completed assessments on parent-child relationships, career maturity, and career resilience. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, and re gression analysis to examine the relationships and influences among variables. Results The analysis revealed positive correlations between parent-child relationships, career maturity, and ca reer resilience. Parent-child relationships were found to have a positive impact on both career maturity and career resilience of high school students. Notably, parent-child relationships had the strongest positive influence on the preparedness dimension of career maturity and the relationship utilization aspect of career resilience. Conclusions This study demonstrates the significant influence of parent-child relationships on high school stu dents' career maturity and career resilience. It highlights the importance of parent-child relationships as a crucial variable for high school students who are struggling with college admissions and future career choices, helping them solidify their career direction and consistently prepare for their future careers.
