국내 증강현실 기반 언어치료 프로그램의 특성과 효과성 연구에 관한 체계적 문헌 고찰

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 증강현실(AR) 기반 언어치료 프로그램의 특성과 효과성에 대해 체계적 문헌 고찰을 하고자 하였다. 방법 2010년 1월부터 2024년 11월 30일까지 RISS, KISS, KCI, Google Scholar에서 문헌을 검색하였다. 주요 검색 용어는‘증강현실’, ‘언어치료’, ‘효과’, ‘augmented reality’ 등을 사용하였다. PRISMA의 문헌 선정 4단계를 거쳐 총 12편의 문헌을 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. 결과 체계적 문헌고찰 결과 주로 단순언어장애(SLI) 학령전기 아동을 중심으로 중재가 이루어졌으며, 대부분 기존 AR기반 언어치료 프로그램을 활용하거나 수정·보완하여 사용하였다. 실험 설계는 대상자 간 중다기초선 설계가 가장 많이 활용되었으며 평균2-3개월 간 주 2-3회, 회기당 30-35분으로 진행되었다. AR기술은 기존의 언어치료 매체가 가진 한계를 보완하며 다양한 대상자에게 언어적 측면뿐만 아니라 정의적 측면에서도 긍정적인 중재 효과를 제공하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 언어치료 임상 현장 및 특수교육 현장에서 AR기반의 새로운 중재 매체를 활용될 수 있는 임상적 정보와 근거를 확인해 볼 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to conduct a systematic review of the characteristics and effectiveness of aug mented reality (AR)-based speech-language therapy programs. Methods A literature search was conducted in RISS, KISS, KCI, and Google Scholar from January 2010 to November 30, 2024. The keywords included “augmented reality,” “speech-language therapy,” and “effectiveness.” Following the four-stage PRISMA guidelines, a total of 12 studies were selected for analysis. Results The systematic review revealed that most interventions focused on preschool children with specific lan guage impairment (SLI). The majority of studies utilized existing AR-based speech-language therapy programs, either directly or with modifications. The most commonly employed intervention design was the multiple baseline across participants design, with an average intervention duration of 2-3 months, conducted 2-3 times per week, with each session lasting 30-35 minutes. AR technology was found to address the limitations of traditional speech-language therapy media and provide positive intervention effects not only on linguistic aspects but also on affective factors across various populations. Conclusions This study provides significant clinical insights and evidence supporting the use of AR-based inter vention media in speech therapy clinics and special education settings.
