국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 어린이집 교사가 인식한 동료교사 및 부모-교사 협력관계, 공감능력이 행복감에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 특히 동료교사 및 부모-교사 협력관계가 행복감에 미치는 영향에서 공감능력의 매개효과를 실증적으로 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 방법 이를 위하여 경상남도 C시에 소재한 어린이집에 근무하는 교사 220명을 대상으로 동료교사 및 부모-교사 협력관계를 독립변인, 공감능력을 매개변인, 행복감을 종속변인으로 선정하여 설문 조사를 실시하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계, 중다회귀분석을 적용하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 결과 어린이집 교사가 인식한 동료교사 협력관계, 부모-교사 협력관계, 공감능력은 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미치고 동료교사 및부모-교사 협력관계가 행복감에 미치는 영향에서 공감능력은 부분매개변수로서 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 보육의 질을 높이기 위해 교사의 행복감은 제고되어야 한다. 교사의 행복감 증진을 위해 동료교사 및 부모-교사 협력관계를강화하는 방안과 교사의 공감능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 적극적으로 검토해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of co-teacher, parent-teacher cooperative rela tionship and empathy ability perceived by nursery teachers on happiness, and to empirically verify the mediating effect of empathy ability in the effects of co-teacher and parent-teacher cooperative relationship on happiness. Methods For this purpose, a survey was conducted by selecting 220 teachers working at daycare centers in C city, Gyeongsangnam-do as independent variables, empathy ability as mediator variables, and happiness as depend ent variables. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS program to verify reliability, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results The co-teacher cooperation, parent-teacher cooperation, and empathy ability perceived by the nursery school teachers had a significant effect on happiness, and the empathy ability had a significant effect as a partial mediating variable in the effect of co-teacher and parent-teacher cooperation on happiness. Conclusions To improve the quality of childcare, the happiness of teachers should be improved. To improve the happiness of teachers, it is necessary to actively review ways to strengthen the cooperative relationship between fellow teachers and parents and teachers and to improve the empathy of teachers.
