국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 20대 남성을 대상으로 과도한 남성성과 분노 행동의 관계에서 반추와 분노 정서의 순차매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 방법 만 20~29세의 남성 400명을 대상으로 과도한 남성성, 분노 행동, 반추 및 분노 정서 검사를 자료수집 업체를 통해 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. SPSS 24.0, PROCESS Macro Model 6번 및 부트스트래핑을 사용하여 매개효과에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 결과 첫째, 과도한 남성성은 반추, 분노 정서 및 분노 행동 모두 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 과도한 남성성이 분노 행동에미치는 영향에서 반추와 분노 정서가 순차적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 20대 남성의 분노 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인들과 분노 행동이 발현되는 경로를 설명하였다. 분노 행동을 보이는 20대 남성들의 심리 정서적 부적응에 대한 상담적 개입을 위한 유용한 지식과 정보를 제공할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study examines the sequential mediating effects of rumination and angry emotions in the rela tionship between unmitigated agency and angry behavior among men in their 20s. Methods An online survey was conducted on 400 men aged 20 to 29 to test unmitigated agency, angry behavior, rumination, and angry emotions through a data collection company. An analysis of the mediation effect was per formed using SPSS 24.0, PROCESS Macro Model No. 6, and bootstrapping. Results First, unmitigated agency showed a significant positive correlation with rumination, angry emotions, and angry behavior. Second, rumination and angry emotions were found to sequentially mediate the effect of un mitigated agency on angry behavior. Conclusions The factors that affect the angry behavior of men in their 20s and the path through which angry be havior occurs are explained. It will provide useful knowledge and information for counseling intervention on the psycho-emotional maladjustment of men in their 20s who exhibit angry behavior.
