토픽 모델링을 활용한 대학생의 생성형 인공지능 인식 이해

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 대학생의 생성형 인공지능의 긍정적, 부정적 측면의 인식을 이해하여 책임감 있는 생성형 인공지능 활용을 위한교육방안을 제시하고자 한다. 방법 126명의 대학생이 생성형 인공지능을 경험한 후 긍정적·부정적인 측면에 대하여 200-300자 내외로 정리한 내용을 수집하여 토픽 모델링을 수행하였다. 결과 긍정적 측면에서 선정된 토픽 주제는 ‘학습 지원 도구’ ,‘대화형 프롬프트 및 다국어 지원’, ‘작업의 자동화 및 시간 효율성’ 이었으며, 부정적 측면의 토픽 주제는 ‘저작권 및 범죄 위험’ ,‘ 개인의 문제해결 및 사고력 저하’ ,‘일자리 대체 및 윤리적 문제’ 로나타났다. 결론 대학생들의 생성형 인공지능에 대한 인식을 조사한 결과, 책임감 있는 생성형 인공지능 활용이 중요하며 이를 위해 AI 윤리교육과 문해력 함양, 인공지능을 인간 역량을 보완하는 도구로 활용해야 함을 제안하였다. 향후 연구는 충분한 표본 수와 다양한분야에서 생성형 인공지능을 경험 한 후 인식을 조사하고 질적 연구와 양적 연구를 혼합하여 진행하는 것을 제안한다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, we analyzed college students' perceptions of generative artificial intelligence, both pos itive and negative, to understand their perception and propose educational strategies for the responsible use of generative AI. Methods After college students experienced generative artificial intelligence, they provided written reviews of approximately 200-300 characters describing their perceptions of its positive and negative aspects. These re views were then analyzed using topic modeling. Results The topics selected from the positive side were ‘learning support tools’, ‘ease of use and multilingual support’, ‘automation and time efficiency of work’, and negative topic topics were ‘copyright and crime risk’, de crease in individual problem-solving and thinking ability’, and ‘job replacement and ethical dilemmas’. Conclusions As a result of investigating the positive and negative perceptions of college students, it was sug gested that responsible use of generative AI is necessary, and for this purpose, AI ethics education, literacy culti vation, and AI should be used as a tool to supplement human capabilities. The limitations of the study include the limited sample size, and more extensive research is needed in the future, such as confirming perceptions after ex periencing AI in various fields.
