유아교사의 심리적안녕감, 행복감 및 조직몰입이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 유아교사의 심리적안녕감과 행복감 및 조직몰입이 유아교사의 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 광주, 전남·전북의 유치원과 어린이집에 근무하는 만 3~5세의 담임 유아교사 316명을 대상으로 설문조사를하였다. 수집된 자료의 통계분석은 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 신뢰도 검증을 위해 Cronbach’s a 계수, 관계성과 영향력 검증을 위해 Pearson의 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 연구 결과 첫째, 유아교사의 심리적안녕감과 행복감 및 조직몰입 간의 상관을 살펴본 결과, 유아교사의 심리적안녕감, 행복감, 조직몰입 정도가 높을수록 회복탄력성 및 하위요인인 자기조절능력, 긍정성, 대인관계능력이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의심리적안녕감과 행복감 및 조직몰입이 유아교사의 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 심리적안녕감변인 중 ‘자아수용, 긍정적대인관계, 삶의목적’, 행복감변인 중 ‘내적행복, 외적행복’, 조직몰입 중 ‘정서적몰입’이 유아교사의 회복탄력성에 영향을 주는것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구결과를 통하여 유아교육현장에서 유아교사의 회복탄력성을 높일 수 있는 주요변인이 무엇인지에 대한 분석을 통하여회복탄력성 증진을 위한 프로그램 개발과 회복탄력성의 향상을 가져올 수 있는 방안 모색을 위한 기초자료로 활용하는데 목적을 둔다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of early childhood teachers' psychological well-being, happiness, and organizational commitment on early childhood teachers' resilience. Methods To this end, a survey was conducted on 316 teachers aged 3 to 5 working at kindergartens and daycare centers in Gwangju, Jeonnam, and Jeonbuk. Statistical analysis of the collected data was performed using the SPSS 24.0 program, Cronbach's a coefficient to verify reliability, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple re gression analysis to verify relationship and influence. Results As a result of the study, first, the correlation between early childhood teachers' psychological well-being, happiness, and organizational commitment was examined, and the higher the degree of psychological well-being, happiness, and organizational commitment of early childhood teachers, the higher the resilience and sub-factors of self-regulation, positivity, and interpersonal skills. Second, as a result of analyzing the effects of early childhood teachers' psychological well-being, happiness, and organizational commitment on early childhood teachers' resil ience, it was found that “self-acceptance, positive interpersonal relationships, purpose of life” among psycho logical well-being variables, “internal happiness, external happiness” among happiness variables, and “emotional commitment” among organizational commitment affect early childhood teachers' resilience. Conclusions The purpose of this study is to analyze the main variables that can increase the resilience of early childhood teachers in the early childhood education field and use them as basic data for developing programs to improve resilience and finding ways to improve resilience.
