치매관리시스템 개선을 위한 정책 방안 연구: 치매안심센터를 중심으로

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 치매국가책임제의 일환으로 각 지자체에서 운영되고 있는 치매안심센터의 치매관리시스템 현황을 점검하고, 이를개선하기 위한 정책 방안을 모색하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 방법 경기도 내 치매안심센터 종사자를 대상으로 2024년 6월부터 7월까지 FGI를 실시하여 치매관리시스템 개선을 위한 정책 방안을 제시하였다. 결과 총 4개의 범주와 12개의 하위범주, 36개의 의미단위를 도출하였다. 치매관리시스템 개선을 위해서는 ‘치매안심센터의 환경과 체계’, ‘치료·재활 프로그램 평가’, ‘종사자 근무 여건 문제’, ‘치매정책 지원 방안’ 등 4개의 범주로 나타났다. 결론 치매관리시스템 개선을 위한 정책 방안으로, ‘치매 정기검진 의무화’, ‘ 종사자의 고용 안정과 전문성 강화 ’, ‘관리자급 대상전문 교육 및 인사이동 제한 관리지침’을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to examine the current status of dementia management systems in de mentia care centers operated by each local government as part of the national dementia responsibility system and to seek policy measures to improve the system. Methods From June to July 2024, FGI was conducted targeting workers at dementia care centers in Gyeonggi Province to present policy measures for improving the dementia management system. Results A total of 4 categories, 12 subcategories, and 36 meaning units were derived. In order to improve the de mentia management system, 4 categories were identified: ‘environment and system of dementia care centers’, ‘evaluation of treatment and rehabilitation programs’, ‘problems with working conditions of employees’, and ‘dementia policy support measures’. Conclusions As policy measures to improve the dementia management system, the following were proposed: ‘mandatory regular dementia screening’, ‘strengthening employment stability and professionalism of workers’, and ‘management guidelines for specialized training and personnel movement restrictions for managers’.
