국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 임용고시 준비생의 취업시험스트레스와 우울 간 관계에서 학교-직장 이행 유의미성 및 의미 위기의 병렬다중매개효과와 사회적 관심의 매개된 조절효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 중등교원 임용고시 준비생 245명의 설문 데이터를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 병렬다중매개효과와 매개된 조절효과를 검증하기 위해 SPSS 29.0과 Process Macro for SPSS 4.2를 사용하였고, 부트스트래핑을 통해 간접효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 결과 첫째, 취업시험스트레스와 우울의 관계에서 학교-직장 이행 유의미성과 의미 위기의 병렬매개효과를 분석한 결과, 직접경로와 간접경로 모두 유의미하였다. 둘째, 취업시험스트레스와 학교-직장 이행 유의미성의 관계에서 사회적 관심의 조절효과가 유의한반면, 취업시험스트레스와 학교-직장 이행 의미 위기의 관계에서 사회적 관심의 조절효과는 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, 취업시험스트레스와 우울의 관계에서 학교-직장 이행 유의미성을 통한 사회적 관심의 매개된 조절효과가 확인되었다. 결론 본 연구결과는 임용고시 준비생의 취업시험스트레스가 우울에 미치는 부정적 영향을 낮추기 위해 학교-직장 이행에 부여하는상황적 의미와 사회적 관심에 주목할 필요성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to examine the parallel multiple mediating effects of school-to-work transition meaningfulness and crisis of meaning, and the mediated moderating effects of social interest in the relationship between employment exam stress and depression among teacher candidates. Methods Survey data from 245 secondary teacher candidates were used for the final analysis. To examine the parallel multiple mediating effects and the mediated moderating effects, SPSS 29.0 and Process Macro for SPSS 4.2 were utilized, and the significance of indirect effects was tested using bootstrapping. Results First, the analysis for parallel multiple mediating effects of school-to-work transition meaningfulness and crisis of meaning revealed significant direct and indirect effects on the relationship between employment exam stress and depression. Second, the moderating effect of social interest was significant in the relationship between employment exam stress and meaningfulness, whereas it was not significant in the relationship between em ployment exam stress and crisis of meaning. Third, the mediated moderating effect of social interest through meaningfulness was confirmed in the relationship between employment exam stress and depression. Conclusions The findings suggest the necessity of focusing on the situational meaning attributed to school-to-work transition and social interest to reduce the negative impact of employment exam stress on depression.
