예비중등교사의 특수교육 관련 인식 척도 개발 및 타당성 검증

국문 초록

이 연구는 예비 중등교사의 특수교육에 대한 인식 척도를 개발하고 그 타당성을 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 척도는 통합교육 인식 6문항, 장애 이해 6문항, 교수･학습 인식 6문항으로 구성된 총 18문항으로 개발되었다. 개발된 문항은 특수교육 전문가의 검토를 통해 내용 타당도를 확보하였으며, 예비 중등교사 196명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 통해 분석하였고, 준거 관련 타당성도 함께 검증하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 대부분의 문항은 공통성과 요인부하량 기준을 충족하였으나, 신뢰도 분석을 통해 장애 이해 영역 2문항과 교수･학습 인식 영역 1문항이 제외되었다. 둘째, 확인적 요인분석 결과에서는 모든 문항이 유지되었으며, 측정 모형에 대한 집중타당도 및 판별타당도 또한 충족된 것으로 나타났다. 아울러, 개발된 척도는 준거 관련 타당성 또한 확보하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 예비 중등교사의 특수교육 관련 인식 척도는 구성 타당성과 준거 타당성이 검증된 신뢰할 수 있는 측정 도구임을 확인할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted as survey research to develop a scale measuring pre-service secondary teachers’ perception of special education and to verify its validity. The scale consists of 18 items: 6 items related to inclusive education perception, six items related to understanding disabilities, and six items related to teaching and learning perception. The scale was validated for content validity by teachers and professors. Following validation, a survey was conducted with 196 pre-service secondary teachers. The collected data were analyzed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, and criterion-related validity was tested. The main findings of this study are as follows. First, in the exploratory factor analysis, the commonality and factor loadings of each item met the criteria; however, in the reliability analysis, two items related to understanding disabilities and one item related to teaching and learning perception were deleted. Second, in the confirmatory factor analysis, no items were deleted, and the validity assessment of the measurement model showed that both convergent and discriminant validity were secured. Additionally, the scale developed in this study demonstrated criterion-related validity. Therefore, the pre-service secondary teacher special education-related perception scale developed in this study is a valid instrument.
