교사관련 국내 유아미술교육 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 교사관련 국내 유아미술교육 연구동향을 분석하여 미술 연구주제와 교사교육의 방향성을 모색하고자 한다. 방법 2009년부터 2023년을 기점으로 등재학술지에 수록된 유아미술교육 관련 교사논문 71편에 대한 연구주제, 연구방법, 교수전략, 교사교육현황을 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 연구주제는 현황관련 주제와 교사교육 주제 두 가지로 분류하였다. 현황에서는 현직교사 대상의 연구가 가장 많이 실행되었으며 교사교육에서는 예비교사 대상 연구가 더 많이 실행되었다. 둘째, 연구방법은 질적연구, 양적연구, 문헌연구로 구분하였다. 질적연구와 양적연구에서 모두 현직교사의 연구가 더 많이 실행되었다. 셋째, 사용된 교수전략은 37개로 나타났다. 예비교사를 대상으로 한 전략은 실기가 가장 많이 사용되었고 현직교사를 대상으로 한 연구는 전시워크숍이 가장 많이 사용되었다. 넷째, 교사교육현황에 대한 연구는 13편으로 나타났다. 예비교사를 대상으로 한 교사교육현황은 질적연구와 양적연구가 비슷한 수준으로 나타났으며 현직교사를 대상으로 한 교사교육현황은 질적연구를 더 많이 사용한 것으로 나타났다. 연구장소로는 대학교에서 가장 많이 연구가 수행되었다. 결론 유아미술교육의 중요성을 확인한 바 교사관련 유아미술교육 연구가 많이 수행되어야 하며 연구의 주제가 좀 더 다양화 되어질 필요가 있다. 또한 현직교사를 대상으로 한 다양한 교수전략에 대한 연구가 요구된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore the subject of art research and the direction of teacher education by analyzing the research trend of early childhood art education for teachers. Methods The analsis date were 71 teacher papers related to early childhood art education published in registered academic journals from 2009 to 2023, and the research topics, research methods, teaching strategies, and teacher education status were analyzed. Results The rerearch results are as follows. First, the research topics were divided into two categories: situation-related topics and teacher education topics. In the situation, most researches were conducted on in-service teachers, and in teacher education, more serearches were conducted on prospective teachers. Second, research methods were classified into qualitative research, quantitative research, literature research, and mixed research. In both qualitative and quantitative research, more serearches were conducted on in-service teachers. Third, there were 37 teaching strategies used. Among the strategies for prospective teachers, practical training was used most often, and in the sesearches for in-service teachers, exhibition workshop was used most often. Fourth, there were 13 researches on the status of teacher education. Regarding the status of teacher education for prospective teachers, qualitative research and quantitative research were found to be at similar levels, and qualitative research was found to be used more in the status of teacher education for in-service teachers. Conclusions After confirming the importance of early childhood art education, a lot of early childhood art education research related to teachers should be conducted, and the subject of the research needs to be more diversified. In addition, research on various teaching strategies for incumbent teachers is required.
