예비 유아교사의 자기주도 학습능력과 셀프리더십이 핵심역량에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비 유아교사의 자기주도 학습능력 및 셀프리더십과 핵심역량 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 자기주도 학습능력과 셀프리더십이 핵심역량에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 예비 유아교사로서 갖추어야 할 핵심역량을 강화하기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이에 수도권 소재 3년제 K대학 유아교육학과 3학년 학생들을 대상으로 2024년 6월 17일부터 6월 21일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 Pearson의 적률상관관계분석, 단계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 자기주도 학습능력의 하위요인뿐 아니라 자기주도 학습능력 전체는 핵심역량의 하위요인 및 전체와 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 셀프리더십의 하위요인뿐 아니라 셀프리더십 전체도 핵심역량의 하위요인 및 전체와 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 자기주도 학습능력 및 셀프리더십의 하위요인들이 핵심역량의 하위요인 및 전체에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 핵심역량의 하위요인 중 교육과정 운영-계획 및 실천 요인에는 행동적 전략, 학습계획이, 교직인성 및 전문성 개발 역량 요인에는 학습평가, 행동적 전략이, 지역사회 연계 및 의사소통능력 요인에는 학습계획, 학습평가, 행동적 전략이, 학급관리 요인에는 학습계획, 행동적 전략이, 학습자 이해-유아 놀이 지원 역량 요인에는 학습계획, 행동적 전략이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 핵심역량 전체에는 학습계획, 행동적 전략, 학습평가가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among self-directed learning ability, self-leadership, and core competencies in preservice early childhood teachers, as well as to investigate the effects of self-directed learning ability and self-leadership on core competencies. A survey was conducted with third-year students majoring in early childhood education at a three-year college. The collected data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS 22.0. The results revealed that both the overall self-directed learning ability and its sub-factors showed significant positive correlations with both the overall core competencies and their sub-factors. Similarly, self-leadership and its sub-factors were also positively correlated with core competencies and their sub-factors. Furthermore, sub-factors of self-directed learning ability and self-leadership were found to have significant effects on the sub-factors and overall score of core competencies. Specifically, behavioral strategies and learning planning influenced curriculum operation-planning and practice; learning evaluation and behavioral strategies affected teacher’s personality and professionalism development; learning planning, learning evaluation, and behavioral strategies impacted community connection and communication skills; learning planning and behavioral strategies influenced classroom management; and learning planning and behavioral strategies affected learner understanding and support for children's play. Overall, learning planning, behavioral strategies, and learning evaluation were found to influence the total core competency score.
