국문 초록

목적 이 연구의 목적은 스포츠 치어리딩 동아리를 설립하고 운영하는 과정에서 경험한 의미와 변화 과정을 자문화기술지적 관점에서 탐색하는 것이다. 방법 2024년 11월부터 2025년 2월까지 연구자의 기억 자료, 동료 4명과의 면담, 문서 및 디지털 자료을 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 삼각 검증법, 반영성 확보, 참가자 검토, 동료간 협의를 활용하여 연구의 타당성을 높였다. 결과 동아리 설립 운영 경험은 ‘변화의 시작: 열정과 가능성’, ‘성장의 과정: 도전과 극복’, ‘함께 만든 무대: 협력과 리더십’으로 범주화되었다. ‘변화의 시작: 열정과 가능성’에서는 학창 시절의 관심사를 확장시켜 다른 사람과 나누고자 하는 동기를, ‘성장의 과정: 도전과 극복’은 초기 운영 과정에서의 어려움과 대처를, ‘함께 만든 무대: 협력과 리더십’은 동아리원과의 상호 성장과 개인의 리더십 변화를 담았다. 교육적 의미는 스포츠 치어리딩 동아리 활동 경험이 ‘예비교사를 위한 대체 교육 역할’을 하고 ‘실천적 교육 경험의 제공’과 ‘배움과 나눔을 통한 성장’에 기여함으로 정리되었다. 결론 예비교사 교육과정 및 학교 교육에 있어서 다양한 신체활동 중심의 체험 프로그램이 필요하며 활성화를 위한 지원 체계 마련과 지속 가능한 환경 구축이 중요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to explore the meaning and change process experienced in the process of establishing and operating a sports cheerleading club from the perspective of self-cultural technology. Methods Data were collected from November 2024 through February 2025 using the researcher’s recollections, documentation and digital data and interviews with four colleagues. Triangulation, ensuring reflexivity, member checks, and peer consultation were employed to enhance the validity of the study. Results The founding of the sports cheerleading club, referred to as “The Beginning of Change: Passion and Possibility,” originated from a motivation to expand the researcher’s long-held interest from school days and share it with others. In “The Growth Process: Challenge and Overcoming,” the initial difficulties of operating the club were overcome by leveraging external organizations and human resources. “A Stage Created Together: Cooperation and Leadership” highlighted both the mutual growth among club members and the transformation of individual leadership. From an educational perspective, the cheerleading club fulfills the role of “an alternative educational experience for pre-service teachers” by providing “hands-on educational experiences” and fostering “Growth through Learning and Sharing.” Conclusions The findings provide valuable insights into the significance of clubs in pre-service teacher education programs and the development of various experiential learning programs within schools. The study also underscores the need for more systematic support and the creation of a sustainable environment.
