유아교사의 교수효능감, 놀이전문성, 디지털 놀이 지원 역량 간 구조적 관계 분석: 그릿(Grit)의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 유치원 교사의 교수효능감, 놀이전문성, 디지털 놀이 지원 역량 간의 관계를 살펴보고 그릿의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 방법 연구대상은 유치원 교사 158명이었고, 유아교사의 교수효능감, 놀이전문성, 디지털 놀이 지원 역량 및 그릿 검사를 실시하였다. SPSS 19.0 프로그램과 AMOS 18 프로그램을 활용하여 모형의 적합도를 분석한 후 변수들 간의 관계에 대한 그릿의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 결과 연구결과는 첫째, 교사의 교수효능감은 놀이전문성에, 놀이전문성은 디지털 놀이 지원 역량에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사의 교수효능감은 디지털 놀이 지원 역량에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 않고 놀이전문성의 매개효과를 통해 디지털 놀이 지원 역량에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사의 교수효능감이 놀이전문성을 통해 디지털 놀이 지원 역량에 미치는 영향이 교사의 그릿에 따라 다르게 나타나는지 검증한 결과, 유의미한 차이가 발견되지 않았다. 교사의 그릿에 관계없이 교사의 교수효능감이 높을수록 놀이전문성이 높을수록 디지털 놀이 지원 역량에 더 긍정적인 것을 알 수 있다. 결론 따라서 본 연구에 따르면 교사의 디지털 놀이 지원 역량을 높이기 위해서는 교사의 개인변인이 함양될 수 있는 장단기적 전략을 바탕으로 교사의 교수효능감과 놀이전문성을 높일 수 있는 교사교육 프로그램이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among early childhood teachers' teaching efficacy, play-based expertise, and digital play support competencies and to explore the mediating effect of grit. Methods The research subjects were 158 kindergarten teachers. The measurement instruments were used to examine teachers' teaching efficacy, play expertise, digital play support competency, and grit. For data analysis, correlation and regression analyses were conducted. Results The result of the study showed that, first, teachers' teaching efficacy has a positive effect on play expertise and play expertise has a positive effect on digital play support competency; second, teachers' teaching efficacy does not directly affect digital play support competency, but affects digital play support competency through the mediation effect of play expertise. Third, we examined whether the effect of teacher efficacy on digital play support competency through play expertise varies by teachers' grit and found no significant difference. Regardless of teachers' grit, the higher the teacher's teaching efficacy, the higher the play expertise, the more positive the effect on the ability to support digital play. Conclusions Therefore, this study suggests that in order to increase teachers' competence in supporting digital play, teacher education programs are needed that can increase teachers' teaching effectiveness and play expertise based on short- and long-term strategies that can foster teachers' personal variables.
