아동의 괴롭힘 피해가 공격성에 미치는 영향: 정서조절능력을 통한 적대적 귀인의 조절된 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 아동의 괴롭힘 피해가 공격성에 미치는 영향을 적대적 귀인이 매개하는지 확인하고, 다음으로 적대적 귀인의 매개효과를 정서조절능력이 조절하는 조절된 매개효과 모형을 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 경상남도 소재 4개의 초등학교 5-6학년 학생을 대상으로 부모의 동의를 득한 후, 괴롭힘 피해, 적대적 귀인, 공격성, 정서조절능력을 묻는 283명의 자료를 온라인 설문조사의 방법으로 수집하였으며, 이 자료를 가지고 SPSS와 SPSS Process macro 통계프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계 및 상관분석, 그리고 매개효과, 조절효과, 조절된 매개효과 분석을 실행하였다. 결과 첫째, 괴롭힘 피해는 공격성에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 괴롭힘 피해와 공격성 간의 관계에서 적대적 귀인은 부분매개 역할을 하였다. 셋째, 정서조절능력은 적대적 귀인과 공격성 간의 관계를 유의하게 조절하였다. 넷째, 괴롭힘 피해와 공격성 간의 관계에서 정서조절능력을 통한 적대적 귀인의 조절된 매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 결론 괴롭힘 피해 아동의 공격성 완화를 위해 왜곡된 인지적 과정을 수정하는 것뿐만 아니라 정서조절능력을 높이는 개입도 중요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to find out whether hostile attribution mediate the effect of bullying victim in children on their aggression, and then to verify a moderated mediation effects model of hostile attribution through emotional regulation ability. Methods For this study, an online survey was used to collect data from 283 students in grades 5-6 of four elementary schools in Gyeongsangnam-do asking about bullying, hostile attribution, aggression, and emotional regulation ability. And with this data, descriptive statistics and correlation analysis, as well as mediation effects, moderation effects, and moderated mediation effects analysis were conducted using SPSS and SPSS Process macro statistical programs. Results First, bullying victim had a significant positive effect on aggression. Second, in the relationship between bullying victim and aggression, hostile attribution played a partial mediating role. Third, the emotional regulation ability significantly moderated the relationship between hostile attribution and aggression. Fourth, in the relationship between bullying victim and aggression, the moderated mediating effect of hostile attribution through emotional regulation ability was significant. Conclusions It is important not only to modify the distorted cognitive process to alleviate the aggression of children affected by bullying, but also to intervene to improve emotional regulation ability.
