국문 초록

목적 이 연구는 초등학교 예비교사의 행위주체성을 구성하는 주도적 태도, 주도적 행동, 공동체 주도성 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 데 목적을 두고 수행되었다. 방법 이를 위해 세 개 교육대학교의 초등학교 예비교사 215명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS와 AMOS 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 구조방정식모형을 기반으로 변수 간 경로 및 매개효과를 검증하였다. 결과 연구 결과, 초등학교 예비교사의 행위주체성 수준은 전반적으로 높게 나타났으며, 주도적 태도가 가장 높고 공동체 주도성이 상대적으로 낮았다. 성별에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있었으며, 여학생이 남학생보다 더 높은 주도성을 보였다. 주도적 태도는 공동체 주도성에 직접 영향을 미치며, 주도적 행동을 매개로 간접적인 영향도 유의미하게 나타났다. 결론 초등학교 예비교사의 행위주체성을 향상시키기 위해서는 주도적 태도, 행동, 공동체 주도성의 통합적 발달이 필요하다. 특히 주도적 행동은 공동체 주도성 향상의 매개요소로서 중요한 역할을 하므로 이를 강화하는 교육적 접근이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to analyze the structural relationships among proactive attitude, proactive behavior, and community agency in pre-service elementary school teachers. Methods An online survey was conducted with 215 pre-service elementary school teachers from three universities of education. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS, and structural equation modeling was employed to examine the paths and mediating effects among variables. Results As a result of the study, the overall level of agency among pre-service teachers was found to be high, with proactive attitude scoring the highest and community agency the lowest. Statistically significant gender differences were observed, with female students showing higher levels of agency than male students. Proactive attitude had a direct effect on community agency and also exerted a significant indirect effect through proactive behavior. Conclusions To enhance the agency of pre-service teachers, it is essential to foster an integrated development of proactive attitude, behavior, and community agency. In particular, proactive behavior plays a key mediating role in strengthening community agency, highlighting the need for targeted educational strategies.
