국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 거점 행동중재지원센터 운영에 대한 심층적 이해, 분석을 통해 향후 거점 행동중재지원센터 운영에 관한 실천적 질문에 대한 답을 찾아 학생과 교사의 상호성장을 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 방법 거점 행동중재지원센터 운영을 담당했던 2의 운영 경험에 대한 협력적 자문화기술지 연구방법을 통해 거점 행동중재지원센터의 운영 경험을 살펴보고 1인의 제한된 해석 범위를 넘어 2인의 공동연구자 관점으로 분석하고 해석하는 과정을 통해 보다 넓고 깊은 경험의 의미를 탐구하고자 하였다. 결과 거점 행동중재지원센터의 시작: ‘Extreme Ownership’에서 ‘왜’라는 질문과 함께 거점 행동중재지원센터가 나아가야 하는 방향과 이유에 대해 살펴보고 주 대상이 사람인 교육에서는 사실보다도 태도가 더 중요하다는 것을 확인하였다. 이상과 현실: ‘엄호 이동’에서는 교사에서 학교로, 개인에서 조직으로의 교육 책무성 접근과 교사의 교육적 실천을 위한 지원을 통해 교육이 팀 접근으로 이루어져야 함을 확인했다. 마지막으로 지속 가능한 시스템: ‘규율이 곧 자유’에서는 시스템의 확립과 시스템을 구성하는 인적자원의 중요성을 강조하였다. 결론 거점 행동중재지원센터의 운영 목적은 학교 교육 현장에서 학생과 교사를 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 것이며, 교사의 교육적 실행을 개인의 책임으로만 돌리지 않고 공동의 책임으로 인식해야 한다. 이를 위해 행동중재 전담교사 육성과 조직의 예산 및 인력 배치가 필요하며, 센터의 역할을 명확히 정의하고 일반교육까지 확대해 특수교육과 일반교육 간의 이해 증진을 통해 긍정적인 통합교육 환경을 조성해야 한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to provide implications for mutual growth between students and teachers by deeply understanding and analyzing the operation of the Regional Behavior Intervention Support Center. Through this analysis, the study seeks to address practical questions related to the future operation of the center. Methods Using a collaborative autoethnography research method, the study examines the operational experiences of two researchers who were responsible for managing the Regional Behavior Intervention Support Center. By going beyond the limited interpretive scope of an individual researcher, the study explores broader and deeper meanings of the experience through the process of analysis and interpretation from the perspectives of both researchers. Results The Beginning of the Regional Behavior Intervention Support Center: “Extreme Ownership” - This phase explored the “why” behind the center's establishment, including its direction and purpose. It highlighted that in education, where the primary focus is on people, attitude is more important than facts. The Gap Between Ideals and Reality: “Cover and Move” - This phase emphasized the need for a team-based approach in education by addressing accountability transitions from teachers to schools and from individuals to organizations. It also stressed the importance of providing support for teachers’ educational practices. Sustainable Systems: “Discipline Equals Freedom” - This phase underscored the importance of establishing effective systems and emphasized the critical role of human resources in sustaining those systems. Conclusions The primary purpose of operating the Regional Behavior Intervention Support Center is to effectively support students and teachers in school settings. It is crucial to recognize that educational practices should not solely be the responsibility of individual teachers but a shared responsibility. To achieve this, it is necessary to train specialized behavior intervention teachers, allocate organizational budgets and personnel, and clearly define the roles of the center. Additionally, expanding support to general education is essential to improve understanding between special education and general education, ultimately fostering a positive inclusive education environment.
