중학생의 학생역량에 미치는 요인 분석: 경상남도지역 중심으로

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 경상남도 중학생의 학생역량에 미치는 다양한 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위하여 첫째, 2023년도 경상남도 중학생 2215명을 대상으로 조사한 종단연구 데이터를 활용하였다. 첫째, 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 둘째, 성별, 학교유형별 차이를 검증하기 위하여 독립표본 t-검증을 실시하였다. 셋째, 지역별 차이를 검증하기 위해 일원분산분석을 실시하였다. 넷째, 6개의 핵심역량을 중심으로 중학생들의 개인영역(9개 하위요인), 가정영역(2개 하위요인), 학교영역(6개 하위요인)이 학생역량에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과, 첫째, 성별, 지역별, 학교유형별에서 개인영역과 학교영역, 학생역량에서 차이가 나타났으나 가정영역은 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 특히, 학교유형별의 경우 일반학교보다 행복학교가 대부분 높은 점수를 나타냈다. 둘째, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 개인영역, 가정영역, 학교영역이 6대 핵심역량에 미치는 영향력은 다양하게 나타났다. 자세한 내용은 연구결과를 참고하기 바란다. 결론 이와 같은 연구결과는 경상남도 중학생의 성별, 지역별, 학교유형별 차이를 분석하고, 중학생의 개인영역, 가정영역, 학교영역이 6대 핵심역량에 미치는 영향력을 파악함으로써 현 교육정책의 방향을 점검하고 수정 및 보완할 점을 발굴함에 의의가 있다고 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the various factors influencing the competencies of middle school students in Gyeongsangnam-do. Methods To achieve this, the study utilized longitudinal data collected in 2023 from 2,215 middle school students in Gyeongsangnam-do. First, frequency analysis was conducted. Second, an independent sample t-test was used to verify differences by gender and school type. Third, a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed to examine regional differences. Fourth, the study analyzed the impact of personal factors (9 sub-factors), family factors (2 sub-factors), and school factors (6 sub-factors) on student competencies, focusing on six core competencies. Results In the research results, first, differences were observed in the personal domain, school domain, and student competencies based on gender, region, and school type, but no significant differences were found in the family domain. Notably, in terms of school type, Happiness Schools generally scored higher than regular schools. Second, the results of the hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that the personal domain, family domain, and school domain had varying impacts on the six core competencies. Conclusions These findings hold significance as they analyze the differences in competencies of middle school students in Gyeongsangnam-do by gender, region, and school type. Additionally, the study identifies how personal, family, and school factors influence the six core competencies, contributing to the evaluation and potential improvement of current educational policies.
